Nothing Dirty, customer service was horrible, no drawers in the stands in room, no tv remote, no body wash/shampoo, room smelled like cigarettes

My visit actually me and my wife the room was terrible I mean the was VERY VERY terrible especially the bed the lights the door I'm looking for a refund

It had hot water The room. The service. No fresh anything for the entire stay. TV broken, light out, AC not good

Checking out was the best part of our stay. The room was filled with roaches. There were babies all in the bathroom. Furniture was broken.

Stayed a week, housekeeping never cleaned the room nor did they ever replace the towels. Half the electric outlets did not work. Toilet broke and I could not use it for two nights. Management refused to have maintenance fix it, though they did get maintenance to repair a broken security latch on the door. Ended up switching rooms due to toilet issue. New room’s furniture was in terrible shape. AC smelled moldy.

This was thee wore hotel I’ve ever stayed at I booked last minute and everything decent nearby was sold out I had roaches in my room dingy sheets no microwave/fridge the staff initially gave me a room that wasn’t clean they had to change it DONT BOOK THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

As result Iwe did not stay. The manager on duty told us we would get our money back since we prepaid on line. To date we haven’t received anything.

Clean rooms, clean toilet, no broken furniture and fresh towels everyday. Dirty rooms, broken furniture.
