Rockville Centre Hotel - JFK Airport

When spending 465.00 per night, (it was the weekend), I don’t expect to be in a room where the towel rack is falling off the wall and the door frames are chipped and peeling paint. Also the tap water was undrinkable. Way too chlorinated and if we wanted bottled water we had to pay for it. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The furnishings and bedding were also nothing special. I have spent way less money on much nicer accommodations.

Room was clean. That is the only plus about this hotel. No restaurants nearby to walk to, no complimentary water, breakfast ended too early (9:30), most hotels have breakfast until at least 10:00, and no coffee available like most hotels. Desk staff acted like they didn’t like their jobs at all. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price, you should have more amenities.

It’s an older building but well maintained. The check in was fast and easy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service was great to and from JFK airport.

Curtains had a hole in them. Vent was rusted. But everything was clean and the breakfast made up for any shortcomings. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a solid 3 star hotel with breakfast included. Furnishings are dated. The room was clean and comfortable. Carpet in hallways need to be shampooed. Amazingly we paid $423 for one night (Saturday), which was profoundly overpriced for the accommodations.

My room and the hotel, in general, were beautifully maintained and clean as a whistle! I would rate it "superior" for cleanliness.

I like that the property was reasonably priced -- almost half of what it would cost to stay closer to JFK. It was also useful that they had a shuttle that ran to the airport at the top of each hour.

The hotel was very clean the staff was courteous, My wife and I enjoyed the stay.

I'd replace them. Especially with rooms over $ 150 per night.Breakfast was not worth taking time for.... hey we're in New York... there's too many good food choices out in Lynbrook and the area to enjoy!

However, there were a few issues during my stay, such as the TV remote control not working properly. Because of these inconveniences, I felt that the amount I paid for the stay was a bit too high compared to the overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ stays.
