Best Western Mill River Manor

Breakfast was useless. We could not eat it.

The price don’t meet the standards.

The service provided such as: free parking, cleanest breakfast and the staff was friendly. I like everything there, wish more hotels in NY could offer the same service you provided.

No pool, bugs were in my bed

Clean enough. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Smells like humidity, weed and cigarettes. All at once.

Staff was great, the common areas classy, but the pool was out of service. The buffet breakfast however was delicious.

The hotel itself was nice, but the area is pretty sketchy. There were multiple police cars & officers there the night we stayed and we could hear yelling & sirens all night long.

The best Western doesn’t seem amenable and accommodating to last-minute changes or emergency issues. Tried to cancel with best Western through best Western and hotels.com. Best western still try to charge me for one night stay hotels.com for for me and unfortunately their appeal was denied thank log and hard before you reserve this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, suited us well.

It was sad to get there and be told the pool was closed for the summer. The property was well maintained but it sits on a main road that is very loud. Breakfast was good and there are a TON of good restaurants surrounding the hotel.

The room was clean and refreshing. The breakfast had many options and was very satisfying.

The convenience to the surrounding restaurants and shoppes. They advertise they have a pool, but it was not opened. There was nowhere to sit to read a book or chat with family and friends. There was a gate around 3/4 of the premises which prevented you from entering and exiting except through one point. I felt like I was one locked up in prison. The mattress were uncomfortable woke up with a backache. I ended up leaving a day early it was so bad.

The room has a weird smell but the beds and room was clean. The bathroom light was jarring especially at night, microwave clock did not work, but that’s probably not a biggie.mthempool,is still under construction

Good location, close to the station, surrounding area was good with restaurants and bars, and the supermarket, but the building needs to clean up a bit, find it neglected on maintenance and breakfast is fair, can be better. Night time, security guard was good, helpful with a friendly smile.

Property was well kept up

The front desk staff was wonderful and friendly. Though it was clean, the property definitely needs a freshening up. Fresh paint, new rugs. Toilet seats were quite low. Overall a good overnight stay.

The only negative was parking is very limited. We had a nice overnight stay.

Room appeared very clean and everything was in good working condition. Every room needs a full length mirror. Time to replace some mattresses. Toilet paper felt worse than newspaper -- an upgrade to something better is necessary!
