Ramada by Wyndham Rockville Centre

The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked very well given the extremely hot weather during the stay. Overall the property really showed it's age. It is due for some major upgrades. The breakfast was just Okay.

There was a heat wave and the pool was closed. It’s one of the reasons I chose the hotel. That would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Great service and my room was very cozy

We stayed at the Ramada because it was comparatively reasonable compared to many of the other hotels in the area. It was pretty bare bones but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. If you're looking for a roof over your head and a basic, clean room, (and a decent continental breakfast), this is a good choice.

There were a few maintenance issues during our stay. The toilet seat came loose and actually fell off, so I reattach it myself. The shower pressure was also very weak and more of a dribble than an actual shower. I was surprised that there is a pool but it wasn't open. Overall, it served its purpose for a quick overnight stay, and the staff made a positive impression. However, because of the maintenance issues, we'd probably explore other options the next time we're in the area.

Room was a non smoking room and smelled of both cigarettes and weed. Under the pull out was condom wrappers would not stay again.

The only good thing about this place was the comfortable bed. The bathroom towels and rags had someone's hair all over them. They serve breakfast in the morning, but it's not even worth waking up for, so don't look forward to that at all. Needless to say I'll never stay here again unless they invest money into making it the nice hotel it was years ago.

Bathroom was cramped. Overall was clean. Inhouse computer system was down on arrival. This caused about a 45 minute check-in delay.

Room was clean, breakfast was good and had a few hot and cold items to choose from. The interior bathroom was on the older side and could use a bit of an upgrade. Lighting is not very bright.

No soap, shampoo or conditioner in shower dispensers . Ceiling paint was falling off. Bathroom very small and moldy. Offered late check out , but sent a text on check out morning at 8:00 am asking when we are checking out so they could clean room.
