Best Western Riverside Inn

There was a party going on outside when we checked in-- at 1am. Very strong marajuana odor and extremely loud people and music. Thankfully, we could not hear that from our room. There was clearly no security patrolling the grounds. I did not report this to the front desk as the party saw us getting out of our vehicle and I didn't want any kind of retaliation. We were put in one room that had crumbs in the bed sheets and makeup on the pillow cases. We were moved to another room. Those bed linens were clean but the headboard clearly had makeup smeared all over it. It was leather so it was wipable, just a bad presentation after the first room. The shower water ran brown for a few mins... it did clear up. We slept fine, no noise disturbances. Overall, this place had positive reviews, which is what lead me to book. That was not my experience.

Breakfast had something for everyone. Loved having a ground floor room with my little dog.. the grass space by the pool was good for the doggos to sniff and walk and play..they also had doggie poopy bags and trash which is alwaysnice because i dont carry baggies with me me. . Didnt get to swim in the pool but i definitely wanted to.

Little dingy but fine for a quick stop along our travels. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day in the car. The breakfast area was nice. The gravy was cold and questionable. I liked that it was quiet.

Room was super clean and the price was great. Only concerns were that the advertised queen sized beds were clearly not queen sized, they were full sized and the bathroom had a peculiar odor. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was a breeze. I was a very late arrival and the staff was ready for me when I arrived (I called ahead). The room was nice and pet friendly. Breakfast was very good. The pool looked nice and clean.

Breakfast was excellent. Food was spread out which helped flow. The room was humid and had a musty odor.

We just stayed one night as we were passing through but the room and lobby were very clean! The pool area was also very nice and well maintained. Free breakfast was offered. Can’t beat the price and would definitely stay here again.

Everyone that was in the process of checking me in to checking me out were very pleasant and friendly. They explained everything to me in detail and I most appreciated that. This is my second time staying and I will definitely be back! Thank you for making me feel welcomed!

Upset when I was checked out after I had already extended my stay. Young lady at the front desk a day before extended with no problem. Other than that, I would stay again.

I’m a senior and disabled, the beds were super hard , that made it difficult for me and caused me more pain, all and all was a decent property

Wonderful breakfast for traveling families! Simple rooms with a comfy bed and hot shower. Nice pool with a cute gazebo and place to run for the kids. Lobby was very nice and all of the staff were helpful. Would stay again!

Clean rooms,staff is awesome especially the ones working in the breakfast area. They are very helpful and super nice.

It was a last minute stay for our family and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Room was not clean, mold. Not in a safe area. Homeless people in tents sleeping next to parking lot. Very disappointed.
