Best Western Riverside Inn

First visit to this hotel, very friendly and helpful front of house staff Clean and a good breakfast. Nothing

staff was courteous and helpful. We appreciated that there was breakfast, although not particularly impressed with the offerings. Specifically the eggs and sausages were below par the courtesy of the staff and the convenience of the location

Great location, clean, comfortable, awesome breakfast, great value, staff was very nice! We also liked courtyard area by the pool and designated smoking and grilling area. All was so nice! Nothing

Good

Clean Toilet was clogged when we arrived but didn’t notice until we had to use it the next morning. No one was sent to fix.

Stopped by on a long roadtrip for a place to lay my head late at night. Check in process was super easy. Woman behind the desk was extremely friendly and thorough. The whole property was very clean including our room. The beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had. It’s hard to find a hotel breakfast these days so I was thankful! Would for sure stay again.

Very good

The washer and dryer on property was so helpful. We had family in ICU and needed a place close by for showers, rest and clean clothes.

The rooms and property was very clean and in order the staff was hospitable. The breakfast was great. Nothing was too far the pool courtyard. Everything was accessible parking easy several doors to enter and exit from I love that near my room. If I’m in that area, I will stay there again. One thing I didn’t like I had a joining Sweet that I did not ask for. I’m afraid of those things that someone else could come into my room from another room, but I bypassed it.

It is an older building. It was comfortable, clean & just wat we needed fo an overnight stay. Breakfast was very good. Yes we will stop by again when traveling in that direction.

They give tickets for breakfast. Never have I ever has a ticket for breakfast, thought that was kind of in poor taste. The main thing was the bathroom washcloths were not white white like the towels. They were dingy gray, didnt look clean or bleached at all. The washcloths were not stark white, looked dingy and dirty

Clean and comfortable They advertise a cocktail lounge on their signage but it was closed for years.

Let friendly and safe

Great stay, breaking up a long two-day drive. Nice breakfast in the morning - eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, plus the usual cold items. Room was clean, water pressure was good, staff was friendly, price was very good.
