Courtyard by Marriott Macon

Disappointed about the cleanness of the carpet throughout the hotel. The TV model was earlier 2000.

Clean in a awesome area

Clean and comfortable

RESTAURANT on site available at the time, elevator buttons were so worn you guessed at what to push, desk chair back was broken almost to laying down position, breakfast you chose one option from menu & that was it (breakfast seemed to be included OR not ?) Expect more from Marriott.

Over all it was nice, clean, in a area which was accessible to mall , restaurant and other places.

Locality, plenty of parking, clean, and friendly staff! The mattress was uncomfortable, springs were felt no matter how you positioned yourself on the king sized bed, and the sleeper sofa was also uncomfortable. The seat cushions had foam pertruding out of the seat pillows.

Good stay, perfect for a short weekend

/drink area from Pepsi to Coca Cola . The property shouldn’t let the customer suffer without options they advertise.it wasn’t completely empty but close! My family and I have worked in hotel management and inspection management for years so I feel justified in my statement. I will say that I normally give this property and staff 5 stars always. I will continue to stay at Macon Marriott Courtyard unless I see it differently.Best sleep, clean rooms and friendly staff! Thank you Andrea Brown

Great Place

There is co family place.

The hotel double charged me because the front desk receptionist didn't realize my room was prepaid. Then they did not refund my money and kept giving me the run around about refunding me which never happened. I had to file a claim with my bank. The managers name was Lauren never returned my calls after I spoke with her for the 2nd time. Then no communication at all.

Couldn't use pool... furniture was ripped

Staff was professional and friendly I was doubled charged for my room. I booked through booking.com I went to the front desk and let them know, they said it would drop off but to date it hasn’t. I called booking.com and sent in the receipt but I am still double charged. Can someone look into this for me?

They couldn’t control it but the electricity was out

I can't say enough about the amazing staff at this hotel! They were all so friendly and helpful with anything needed. We felt right at home. It was obviously an older hotel that had been remodeled, but it was a wonderful stay. We were with a baseball team that stayed for a tournament. I will definitely stay here again!

I loved the comfort and the cleanliness and all the extra amenities
