During my stay, I have had to visit the front desk every other day to have my room key reprogrammed because it repeatedly fails to unlock my room. Additionally, the carpet at the front entrance appears to be in poor condition and looks as though it has not been replaced or properly maintained. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Pool heater was broken so first night the water was very cold. 2nd night had a bunch of rowdy kids in the pool area (some of weren't even staying at the property), they were kicked out but they also closed the pool down so we couldn't use it.

The property is old, carpets smell like mold, needs significant refurbishment.

Great hotel stay, the room was very clean and orderly, and the staff was available at all times. The breakfast was really good, and surprised us since the price was so reasonable and the breakfast offered quite a good spread.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. As soon as we walked into the hotel, there was a noticeable mildew-like odor. The smell was even stronger in the hallway leading to our room, and our room had the same unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was also not working, making the room uncomfortable, especially with the musty smell. While the bathroom was clean, there was a large brown mark or stain on one of the walls in the room that was unpleasant to see and made the room feel less clean overall. I appreciate that some things seemed well kept, but the persistent mildew odor, lack of working air conditioning, and the stain on the wall made for a disappointing stay. I hope management addresses these concerns, as they would make a significant difference for future guests.

Very nice staff, clean room. Only stayed one night and did not try the breakfast or swim but the indoor pool looked nice. Plenty of restaurants around.

Our stay here was decent. The breakfast was just ok and a lot of options were empty when we got there around 8am.

Beds were comfy and things were all around clean and easy to get to. The room smelled really mildewy/moldy so coming in and out was difficult because the smell was overwhelming. After a while you got used to it but still wasn't super welcome to walk in to, kind of took away from the whole experience.
