PHENOMENAL

Room has holes in wall, mild dew in ceiling, spider webs on the wall and soled mattress.

stains in all the bed sheets.. need to replace for new.. ceiling chiped off and moldy, the carpets are very worn.. la quinta is in its last leg..

Great location, friendly staff, very clean rooms, great pool, very nice exterior

We check in for the night just to sleep in macon, our room was a standard with double bed. Room smells funny like it smells sweat or something. No towels in the bathroom. Seems like ithe hoter was managed by Indian staff. The house keeping was not able to speak english at all. The front desk staff was not accommodating didn’t even ask if were okay. I had to wipe the bathroom with lysol wipes just to make sure because it seems that they didn’t clean it very well. The room was old and floors has stain like it was vomit or something. Our overall stay wasn’t good. We had to check out early even we have free breakfast.

The whole place could use a deep clean. The room smelled a bit musty. Pillows were lumpy. The sheets and bed were comfortable.

The staff was always available though. Breakfast is many just bagels and cereals, You may get lucky and get eggs and sausage on the weekends.

Getting ready for bed at 11:40 one evening, a bunch of kids were running down the hall and knocking on doors. I stepped out to see what was going on and the room door closed and locked behind me. When I went to front desk the clerk immediately knew who the kids were and spoke to a lady in the far lobby. The gang of kids showed up and she walked them all away. The clerk then gave me another room key when I requested access to my room

Decent, need to do better with the towels, they are old and thin and not enough in a king room. TV channel selections could be better.

Pest control need to treat the hotel soon as possible

We had roaches in our first room, we were then moved to another room that also had roaches. The fire alarm went off at 3am and none of the staff let us know what was going on.

Everything was fine the bed was really comfortable but when I got on the first floor I saw a lot of mow on the walls things were covered up and then also roaches were seen on the first floor

Clean room. Plenty of free parking. Free breakfast was okay.

Hallway had bad smell and breakfast is bare minimum

Bathroom had baby roaches crawling and the bed had roaches crawling on it. I slept on the bed overnight and I'm quite sure they was crawling on me. So upsetting. My husband went and complaint to front desk.. The front desk gave us another room which didn't show any sign of roaches. The hallway carpet need cleaning. Very bad smell. The hotel need exterminator. Was afraid if there was bed bugs but didn't see any.

My time spent at Laquinta was below average. The rooms were decent. The halls. Carpet. Elevators. And all the glass was filthy. It also had a terrible smell as you walked around the hotel.

Rooms are ran down mold in shower bath tub very stained I will never stay there again.

This hotel requires a total makeover (totally rundown) or should be demolished !!!
