Staff are friendly, clean, good breakfast with hot coffee I am happy with the hotel in general

Nothing went well. No hot water, generally filthy, dried vomit on carpet in hall, beer cans outside door, actually had a drunk yell us down in the hall. Breakfast only had two cold cereals which we don't eat and mandarin oranges. Coffee was even cold and BAD. No protein options at all.

The entry area and the room were nice. However, the carpet in the hallways were worn. On my second night, I did not have hot water.

The check in and out process was speedy. I would say there needs to be some updates to the hotel. Also if you know there will be guest arrivaling dust the rooms a little better. Overall it was a nice stay

Disappointing

This hotel Scammed me out of $50. Hotel is very dirty. Unserviced dangerous Elevator.

The rooms were very comfortable Breakfast was a disappointment,, the workers were walking around eating fruit but said they were out,, and my security deposit took forever to get back on my card

The bed. A lot of construction. The lights went in and out. Loud guest.

Location I asked for a bottom room and got a room on the 2nd floor after I have paid my money

Very Un friendly to my dog who is a service dog. The add said pets stay free and he charged me $25. He asked to see papers that my dog is a service dog which BTW according to the American disabilities act is illegal to do. He was afraid of my dog as well. After that it was down hill. Breakfast was limited and not ready at 8 am. Seemed like a one person show. Don't stay here if you have pets. Like to get my $25 back.
