clean rooms and great breakfast

The property was very clean Everything at the property was excellent I don’t have anything bad to say!!

Location Attitude of desk clerk and there was a roach on the carpet when I woke up

Staff were the best crew ! I ran into an issue with Expedias reservation- they were just such a great group of people. They helped me get in touch with Expedias customer service, we finally got everything sorted. They were helpful, patient and friendly.

The breakfasts are mostly processed food so we skip them and drink the coffee. Sometimes I'll pick up a banana. The Hampton rooms often seem to have "short" violets so it's hard to get up and down.

Clean Cost was higher than previous stays at the same place

That said, once we got settled in, the experience improved significantly. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet, and the overall property was attractive and relaxing. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and other staff members throughout the hotel were much more pleasant and accommodating. The amenities were great, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Despite the rocky first impression, the quality of the hotel itself helped make up for it. I would likely stay here again, but I do think the front desk staff could improve their customer service and make guests feel a little more welcomed upon arrival. First impressions matter. The lady at check in was less than friendly. Every hotel let me add to my Hilton Honors points at check in. This lady told me I couldn’t use them because booking.com was a third party. Which is untrue.

Bed sheets had stains. There was blood on the base board in the Bathroom. Bleached stained office chair.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean including our room. The breakfast had quality items on the buffet. There was a large stain on the carpet in the hallway on the 2nd floor. The was damage to one of the nightstand on the right side. There was damage to the shower door track clips. There were black spots that looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling over the toilet.

Great location for restaurants close to hotel.
