Sliding door in the bathroom, constantly got stuck, and one of us got stuck in there and could not get out countertop had some kind of stain stains all over them in the lady at the front desk told us that we were in a newly renovated room in the overall place, just looked rundown and not desirable. We’ll never stay there again.

It was an unexpected nice touch to see Welcome Patricia on my TV screen!! The room smelled fresh & everything was spotless. Nothing really. Breakfast didn't have hard boiled eggs which is my healthy choice, but they ran out & I understand that happens.

Shekita checked me in & handled a misprint on my fee very professionally, making a call to go thru the proper channels to correct it. She was so welcoming & very pleasant. The room was nice We had our 1 year old foster child with us he was there to have surgery so of course he was doing what one year olds do a walking/ playing. We got told we needed to quit him down by 10:00pm because it’s quite time. I explained when booking that we have a very active one year old. I was told it would be okay. After calling and telling us to quiet him down the person under us proceeded to bang on the floor. It was ridiculous.

Usually love to stay at Home2Suite as they offer larger rooms and are pet friendly. This particular one is in desperate need of a refresh. Peeling paint and wallpaper, stained furniture. I did complain but was only offered an explanation that they are planning a renovation and hope that come back. Maybe offer a free night to return and maybe I would.
