Room had paint chipping around the shower .we asked for two more towel and got a hassle because we were taking shower that night and next day and e needed more towels.Food was stale and had no flavor and all cereal was stalesnd had fun y taste to it

Good safe place to stop for the night with pet when traveling through. Clean room and comfortable bed. Very nice ladies at the check in desk.

It was nice and cozy the room just had a weird smell but other then that the room did everything it needed too.

Avid seems to be a knock off of Hilton Tru. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bare floors in Hilton Tru are always clean, not so the floors at Avid Macon. They were sticky. The advertised Smart TV was off line, something I mentioned at check out. Hilton Tru offers a better breakfast. The coffee was good. The staff were courteous. Parking was good. I felt safe, which was is the most important thing.

Room was dirty and bathroom had mold rotting. Room was cold set at 40 for Air conditioning- Alarms went off at 6am-

Room 202 smelled like mold. Had to pay $25 for a late check out

Overall good hotel, location. They have specific rules - house keeping service every other day, and no extra towels by house cleaner. We requested cleaning lady towl but she didn’t give towl even after many reminders. Finally got it from front desk.

First room key was occupied. Slightly embarrassing. $100 for incidentals is too high.

. Breakfast was weak...juice bar was dirty with flies...the coffee was excellent...no microwave in rooms Pool was down for maintenance the whole time we were there.

King suite was small but intimate the room was clean however the bathroom could of been cleaned better shower was slippery and there was dirt and grim around the base of the shower

The pool was fun for my 6YO, breakfast could have had a little more options, otherwise good for our quick night stay traveling!

Hotel room looked clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only issue was a strange smell that was not pleasant.

Filthy McNasty!!!! The hotel rooms were so dirty. The first room I was given had a visibly dirty shower with dirt and hair in it! The second room also had a dirty shower, and the floors in the room were filthy with food particles and mounds of dust on the floors! It’s clear that the only thing they did was replace the towels and bedding – and I don’t even trust that they did that! Management should be ashamed! It was so bad, I turned my key in, right after checking in and went back home! Never again!

Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast prices are VERY reasonable...my daughter and I had a nice sized breakfast for only $25. Restaurants staff was attentive and friendly.

Room was dirty the base board’s were real dusty and floor was dirty in room. The place reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuna smell half the night. The room near the rear door was open and a party going on
