Rooms were clean. Noticed a little odor from out dated carpet. Great customer service

We stayed here last night, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The room was very dirty and smelled musty. Dust was everywhere, and it triggered our allergies. We spent the entire night coughing and couldn't get a good night's sleep. Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any hotel, but unfortunately, this place did not meet it. I would not recommend staying here unless the cleanliness issues are addressed.

Upon our return in the early morning hours of Sunday morning (returning from the wedding) I took my dog for a walk, came back to the room and was informed by my husband we were being put out for domestic violence. I was confused and went to the desk clerk. The desk clerk informed she called the police, and I needed to leave the premises. I asked her what she was talking about since I had just came back in. There was a gentleman in the lobby and he told her she was wrong. Instead of arguing with the desk clerk, I asked for my printed receipt, she denied me. We left at 2am . I will not visit this particular hotel again and have wrote a letter to the corporate along with the desk attendant photo.
