I didn’t use the pool.

Staff was really nice.

The air conditioning was too cold and it didn’t do any good when turning it down. We had to pile the extra pillows on top of us to keep from freezing. The temperature must have been around 60 in the room.

Great Breakfast No Complaints

Room smelt wet. AC only worked full blast. So had to freeze to stay dry or very moist which is gross no matter what the temp. As soon as I stopped the AC my tiled floor became an ice rink slippery wise. Also pretty sure someone had a cat or small dog that didnt get cleaned up after well. Maybe it was just the mildew.

A table in the room would have been nice. Two people staying in a room , not one chair in a corner another desk chair with no place to put food or split work space.

The young man who helped us check in on Aug. 14 around 3pm was EXCEPTIONALLY polite, professional, and over all amazing to deal with. I’ve never experienced such a welcoming Hotel welcome staff.

Everything was good, for the most part. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is we found, and then killed, a cockroach in our room.

The room was very clean but a bit worn.

The breakfast was amazing

Close to our wedding location. Breakfast cut off time way too early. So we were unable to enjoy breakfast.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff

Good location, very nice staffs, ice machine on most floors, free breakfast, lots of restaurant options nearby. Water drained slow in bathtub. Water went up to our ankles. But staffs addressed it when we asked.

The staff very professional

The only thing we found disheartening was they said breakfast was until 10:00 a.m. but they closed it early. The breakfast they provided had a nice selection of food and tasted good.
