Clean

Convenient and clean. Not the cleanest if you have ocd but great for the price.

The place is new and the rooms were great. Spacious. Only concern is the AC can not be angled and the direction of the breeze is aimed at the bed thats right next to it. Not a huge deal. Loved this place.

None of the light switches made sense although we figured them out. The room felt 'dirty' and I was very disappointed since I have stayed in other SpringHill Suites. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Everything was clean, you can tell it s an old building though. We stayed here to rest before we finished our trip towards Atlanta, we didn’t use any amenities as we didn’t have time to. It was just convenient to hop back on the highway. It was a bit pricey for how old the building was but it s ok since they were busy with World Cup fans.

They had banana bread muffins that were yummy but only 1 person in our group got one. Waffle mix ran out, they brought some out but the. it would not dispense. The night staff was very kind, the room was clean and laid out well for our multi-gen family. We would stay again.

Very helpful staff and great accommodations!

Overall it was good.
-
The most comfortable beds ever.
-
Staff was friendly, breakfast was good For a handicap room, having a bathtub/shower is not safe. Handicap rooms should have walk-in showers. Phone in room did not work. One of the beds had dirty linen.
-
Clean room, informative staff, ease of parking with secured entrances.

The staff were friendly. Our suite was not accommodating at all. The layout is not user friendly. The commode is in a separate room from the shower. The sink won't even hold the bar of soap provided. The sliding doors to the shower and commode are hard to open and close. The carpet has a smell to it. There was a hair in one of the beds and don't even get me started about the 'trundle bed'. When you pull it out, there's no room to walk around it. Our bill for one night was close to 300.00 dollars and I'm still mad about it. I'm sorry that I took my grandchildren there!

Ok

The rooms need to be cleaned a little bit better the daughter in the restroom you cut clothes. The couch in the room was uncomfortable. The rolling chair if you didn’t watch out you fall back over.

North of downtown. Not really convenient to anything in Macon.

Overall the three rooms I booked were very nice and the staff worked very hard to co locate them. Our thanks to the staff. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The pull out sofa was very handy but difficult to set up without direction (perhaps add a diagram in the room near the coffee maker ) and the mattress on the trundle a little uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the attendant very kind in replenishing when asked. When we arrived we wanted to head out to dinner. We dropped our baggage in the room and adjusted the temperature using the wall thermostat. Unfortunately we did not see the note tapped on the thermostat saying temperature can only be adjusted at the unit. Not a major issue but this could be announced at the time of check in so room temperature was to our liking in preparing for bed. Also there was a software issue at check in so we were not able to get room keys until we returned from dinner. A nice young man went to the rooms with us and let us in with a pass key before dinner. Again, not major but unusual. From an appearance stand point I think I think first impressions are important. The seating area immediately in front of the check in desk is very dark and looks very dated. If I had walked in to determine if rooms were available as a traveler and saw this area I may have not stayed. A brighter more updated looking couch would set a better welcoming tone. Finally I like to book rooms directly with the hotel when possible in case we have special needs or questions. We were unable to book the rooms directly with the hotel on our initial call again, due to software issues according to the reservation rep, requiring us to use a third party vendor thus loosing our Marriot Reward points. We are Marriot Bonvoy members so this was disappointing but not a major issue considering all the positive aspects of the hotel and its attentive staff.

Great, quiet location. Very friendly staff. Will use again!

The room was in horrible condition, something like you stepped out of 1999. The hooks on the walls were falling out, and the bathroom had a ton of water damage.
