SpringHill Suites by Marriott Macon

Breakfast was quite good. The room was clean and comfortable, however my daughter had to sleep on a trundle bed very close to the floor. It would have been good to know that was the setup before arriving. The lobby reeked of weed.

The property had EV Chargers that didn’t work. Air in the lobby wasn’t working. Breakfast was basic. Staff was very nice about overall

Everything was clean, breakfast was good, and EV chargers were a big plus for us.

I was deterred by the hotel staff and was told “no worries just call the morning of and we will make sure you have an early check in. I knew that is not always possible which is why I wanted to reserve the room for the night before as well. So they waited in the parking lot for 2 hours instead . When we checked in, and went to our suites , we found out there were no clean sheets or blankets for the pull out beds in either room so we went down to the desk fro that just to go back up and find out there was no toilet tissue in one of the rooms - so back down the the service desk again ! On check out day we were cleaning up the rooms. One of the rooms we used for a 21st birthday party. However I refuse to leave a mess for anyone to clean other than normal use of the room. I asked a housekeeper who was in the hallway for 2 trash bags so that we could get our mess up . She told me “ you have to go to the desk for that!” So off to the desk AGAIN. Before we checked out we decided to use the pool . Does the pool EVER get cleaned ? The scum on the side of the pool where the tiles are were disgusting all the way around the pool ! Out of a 10, I rate this entire experience a 4.

Good variety and quality. The coffee was bitter There was a roach in the bathroom and in one of the beds. There was what looked like blood drops on one of the pillowcases. The refrigerator was unstable

Very clean place and friendly staff

I used Booking.com but was told it's a third party booking . They found us a room like we had put on booking . They were nice and helpful . The rooms were clean and very nice . Great location lots of restaurants and shopping places near by . I was very pleased with our stay .

Exceptional

Updated all around, staff very helpful and responsive. Reasonable rates. Good breakfast. The room we were assigned had a broken bathroom door so we couldn’t close it as well as a terrible odor. We were given the room next door as a fox but the smell turned by stomach for 3-4 hours after we were given a new room. I wish someone had checked the state of the room before it was assigned. Also, the smell was coming from what exactly? Who knows?!

Housekeeping tried but you can’t fix what we saw. We have stayed here before and was pleased enough to come back. Can’t again.

The front desk was very professional. The breakfast excellent all the birthday activities were in the hotel I work as a maid for 4 years at a resort on Long Island New York years ago I do not believe a guest paying money to stay at your hotel should have to make the bed in the couch I thought it was a bed that flow into the couch this bed you had to pull out and it was off the roller to it out I had to take cushions from the top walk to each side pull to line up the rollers and the same thing to put the bed back under the couch and the bed had to be made When I work as a maid we made all the beds in the room. I feel 20.00 dollars needs to be refunded to my card since I had to do work to make the bed. and I stayed I was traveling with two children. read the above for like and dislike

Employees where very nice The room smelled molded, I had to crack.the window because of musky smell. You could see black mold in window .

Unfortunately, both of the bathroom door and the shower door in the rooms were broken. The lamps were all rusted. The carpet had stains all over the floor, both in the hallways and in the rooms.
