Front desk lady was rude because she kept uaving to help w key she was goving me that was not working. The key would not work the entire stay. Had to change room reeked of cigarette. Breakfast was slim pickings. Room was ok just musty and the sheets felt damp.

It was clean and quiet. Not much room to sit for breakfast. It was good though.

The staff were great especially Ms Sondra and Ms Caley. They went way above required help. They would do anything that I requested. I watched a lot that they were helping other guests and they got treatment just like me. The only thing that I think that they are required to do is handle the setting up and cleaning for the breakfast. That should not be their responsibility. This adds way to much on them when they are trying to work the front desk with people are checking in and out. The cleaning staff should be taking care of that or have another person handling that like is done in other hotels. If they are required to this and doing another person’s job, they should be compensated. Also with only 3 or 4 on staff, they have to work double shifts or return after a short time off. Again great personnel. 10 star performers

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good and hot. The room had stains like rust in the bathroom and the gym smelled so strongly of mildew you couldn't stay in there.

After 10:00 pm the was door banging all night and at 3:00 am and 6:00 am in the morning.. we could not get any sleep at all..

Everything was outstanding. The place smile so nice and it was so clean. The room were so comfortable and clean as well. Nothing

Clean room but very strong chemical odor. Pillows tiny and flat. Good for a one night sleep. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Had water on the floor as if there was a leak somewhere in the room. Had to get extra towels to mop water up. A water leak in my room.

I was quoted $20 for the night for our cat the day before we checked in by Chanda. The next day when we checked in it was $40. I asked why, she said "I only know what they tell me." I've since been told that I'll receive the extra $20 back. When booking online, I reserved the King Suite. Upon check in I was told we had been downgraded to two double beds, because we have a pet. I had spoken to the hotel the day before, and no on told me. I paid for the King Suite, and asked if there was a difference in price, and was told the double room was cheaper, but I'll have to get my money back from Booking.com. Currently trying to do that. No luck yet. Also, everytime someone from another room opened or shut their door, our door rattled.

Hotel was clean, fairly priced, and quiet.

My room was very clean and comfortable the staff was wonderful and polite the breakfast was always plentiful and good and I never had a problem with parking I had a pleasant experience.
