The place is great and clean but the morning checkout staff is not friendly. They seem understaffed like everyone else these days
-
Facility needs maintenance, room door did not close althe way by itself, bathroom tub to shower switch needed repair. Overall very clean.
-
Fresh breakfast with accommodating staff

Only 1 of the 3 elevators was operating = pain in the butt. The thermostat in our room was set to 50 degrees. The room temperature reading on the thermostat indicated 67 degrees. Clearly, the temperature was in the middle 70s.

TV signal was out for two of the days I was there. And maybe linked in, it was difficult to log in and stay connected to the internet/wifi. I would get logged in and it would kick me off multiple times. I heard another guest voicing the same concerns at the desk, and the clerk offered to put points on their account for the inconvenience. Doesn't really help with not being able to use internet.

Close to the metroplex
-
The electricity went out and was out for several hours, most hotels have generators. It was so hot. The pillows were the size of throw pillows and very hard.
-
Beds were horribly firm, which resulted in a bad nights sleep. Pillows (half size) felt like rocks. General room maintenance was poor. Bathroom door was deteriorating. Curtains shredded. Expected more for the 200+ price range we paid
-
Very Nice Staff, clean room, nice peaceful stay.
-
Clean, pleasant, comfortable and quiet The Breakfast was amazing! Excellent service The smell of sewers throughout the facility
-
We stayed at this hotel because they had a "heated pool" turns out when we got there the water was ice cool.
-
Decent Hotel in Macon, Georgia.
-
No heated pool for my granddaughter. No jacuzzi at all like the website showes. These was the very reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointed!
-
Prefect location not to close to downtown but not far. Construction in the area though.
-
It was awful period
-
$16.99 for breakfast bar
-
It was so hot and the sheets wouldnt stay on the bed. So uncomfortable and loud.
-
On par with other Marriott Hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was not inviting, so we stayed and ate at the Hotel.
-
Nothing The staff wasn't friendly at all. There was no notification that the pool was closed. The pillows were not comfortable at all. They were oddly shipped amd small. I wouldn't stay there again.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
