This hotel has so much potential. It is very new in a super nice area. Staff was absolutely super helpful. Very clean and super spacious studio rooms with nice walk in shower. Unfortunately if this hotel had better attention to maintenance then the front desk team would not have to work so hard. First room upon check in had clogged toilet and water in bathroom floor. No maintenance available so we had to move numerous floors down after traveling all day. Second room on final day the electronic door swipe stopped working completely so the helpful front desk person literally had to use tools and wire to break into our room. This is absolutely unacceptable. I felt so bad for the gentleman helping us. He was super kind. Back door near elevators and pool supposed to be locked at all times for safety with swipe only but door has shifted and would not close making it completely unsafe to allow anyone in the building. No towels at pool or gym. Had to walk all the way to front desk to ask for them. Also their computer system was down when we arrived so had to fill out long form of information. Breakfast was decent. Also if you choose this hotel and you have issues walking make sure to request a room near elevators as elevators are super far from most rooms. If maintenance issues were corrected and kept up then I think this would be a superb hotel but definitely not a pleasant experience for us.

Also, breakfast ran out at 9am (served till 10) and they had no cereal, no toast and no warm food. When asked, the staff said they ran out of food and wouldn’t be putting anymore out.

Very comfortable- clean facility, helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast, good gym, and nice outdoor BBQ area. Rooms are large and well furnished. I enjoyed my stay.

Will stay here every time we go to a Trash Pandas game from here on! Staff was extremely polite and helpful and the hotel was exceptionally clean!

The property was in a great location. The staff was helpful and very nice! I loved my stay!

The room was clean, and breakfast was adequate. However, the front desk clerk in the morning didn't appear as friendly as the one who assisted us at check-in.

Everything was quality. The staff was great and the room was fantastic. The only complaint I have was that no one cleaned our room and refilled with fresh towels and coffee as we were staying for a couple of nights.

Overall is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming! The location of the property is ideal and offers easy access to the interstate highway with numerous restaurants and stores nearby! The pool area also has a nice deck and the breakfast has a great variety in the morning! All of the in room, amenities and kitchenette resources are new with a spacious refrigerator and decent cabinetry space as well.

Staff very helpful and kind. Property overall very nice. Room was not as clean as it should have been, ie, sticky floor, shower should have been cleaned better, air conditioning very loud & filter dirty, road noise loud.
