The room was very clean!!! But not enough towels

Great location, very clean. Well I booked the room for 159. My invoice with taxes included totaled 184.85. But somehow it’s showing they took 210 something off my card. Not sure why I paid all the extra?

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in long time! The staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and breakfast was top notch for a free continental breakfast. Highly recommend!

I was also told I could speak to the general manager on Friday, but he wasn’t there on Friday or Saturday. I did not receive a discount or any form of compensation. Safe to say, I will never stay there again. The beds are also extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable. Very disappointed—especially considering they are a new property.
