2 days in a row no staff available (upon check-in and when replacing a key card). 20 minutes to be assisted when they were just down the hall in a room-they were not busy as there were hardly any guests...breakfast was subpar to say the least and same items 2 days in a row.

Appears to have people residing in rooms. No blanket on the bed. Only sheets. Personally would not go back.

Worst hotel ever. When we arrived they gave us our key and when we got to the room other people were already in there. We go back get another key to another room and there was someone in that room when we opened the door — some guy that we “think” worked there but was dressed in basketball clothing — he left and the room was soo dirty . We did not feel safe so asked to cancel as we were not going to stay after all of this. They said ok but Expedia will have to refund you - I hope someone from Expedia actually reads these reviews.

The room was not bad. The shower didnt drain very well. Staff was friendly

Toilet broken when we got there my husband fixed it, ice machine was broken, only had 1 outlet for 4 items so we had to unplug the fridge to use the microwave, light or coffee pot, it was dirty, dusty on headboards, ink pen stains on pillows, breakfast was cold for hot items. The pool area had no towels and was not clean it had stuff sitting all over. I would not stay there again.

The front desk was cordial but didn’t mention breakfast times or Wifii passwords. Room was okay but dirty bathroom floors in corners and bedside table was completely filthy with many sticky drink rings and multiple sticky drips and finger marks like from maple syrup. Very disgusting. The tables to eat breakfast in the morning were also very dirty and chairs not even set at all the tables and front desk staff ate waffles at the desk prior to cleaning tables and kitchen area. Also not well stocked for food and drink in breakfast area.

This location is either in need of a deep clean or new carpet and furniture. Side door latch is broke, no one at front desk, breakfast (might as well go to the Kwip Stop up the road), no amenities in bathroom, no even hand soap. Towels need to be replaced with new.

Tv did not work , phone in room didn’t work . Crumbs in the drawers. Not even soap to wash hands with . Breakfast was stale cereal and bread . Very rundown . Carpets sticky . Yuk !!

The pool was nice I felt like I was in a halfway house. It was very dirty. We found a chew can from one of tge last guests. On the floor. I wont be staying here again. Just got to the best western across the street and spend the extra couple bucks.

There was food left in the fridge. The breakfast was subpar if any breakfast at all actually things still left in the garbage can a paper stuck in the peep hole however I did seem like the older gentleman employee was partaking in breakfast each morning. Had the waffle machine on but no waffle batter one apple for fruit.

Location Property is in poor condition, dirty, lacking of staff. What breakfast, there was hardly anything for breakfast and it was dirty. No ice, machine was broken. Front desk was never there. Pillows and beds very uncomfortable. Bathrooms were dirty. Would not recommend this property.

Here’s the thing I ask for Madison Wisconsin because I had a doctors appointment at UW hospital I’m kidney patient it was very upsetting to find out where the hotel was and I was charged for one night because NO ONE would pickup the phone for me to cancel..,,,,

Absolutely nothing. Worst bed we’ve ever slept in. Rock hard mattress with lumps, stained sheets, lumpy pillows, dirty smelly carpet. The only food for the breakfast for the entire morning was a total of two eggs & 4 greasy saucy patties, 4 stale, hard lemon poppyseed muffins, the juice was cloudy water, no waffle mix, no yogurt, no bananas, no juice. Nothing else. It was horrible. No staff anywhere. We were up at 7:00AM & never saw a staff person before we left at 10:00. This hotel should be closed. It is disgraceful & disgusting.

First there was no remote but that was quickly addressed. The shower was dated and spout not sealed against wall. It did not fully shut off so when switched to shower both tub and shower ran about the same. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Staff is kind and helpful but just not given tools to succeed.

Quiet and the rates were reasonable The toilet was dirty. There was no extra bedding for the sofa bed. There was absolutely nothing at the continental breakfast in the morning. And there was never any staff at the front desk.

Beds in our room were made, but the bathroom and floors were not cleaned when we arrived. Needed a very deep clean-the refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Had to request towels as we only had 1. The other family we were with had to do the same. The pool was like ice water and we ended up having to go to the community center with a heated pool. Even the kids couldn’t enjoy it because it was too cold. Breakfast was sparse and not desirable.

Free wifi, hot water, the fridge worked. We arrived at 5:30 and they didnt have a room ready (check in was at 3:00). Once we got in the room, they had blown a breaker and there wasn't power for an hour or so. It appears they are doing updates, but this room did not seem ready. The shower head was coming off the wall, a huge Crack in the bathroom tile, the window was open when we got in with the screen out, we put it back in. The smoke detector was wrapped in a towel and hanging off the wall. There was a cloth in the sprinkler. The sheets were so thin they were see through. I booked a 2 queen bed room on booking.com then the confirmation changed to a 1 bed queen, with pull out couch. The pull out was awful. The staff was in a hurry to clean our room, so we had no cups, no soap, and ran out of TP. When I went to the front desk, no one was ever there. There was a number to call, but they never answered. I would never stay here again.

Our bathroom floor and tub was full of pubic hair- not cleaned. Housekeeping came in a wiped it down with a wet mop. How’d a little. Breakfast was about an hour later than the time posted and very slim pickings.

I stayed the night of May 5th and had stayed at this property several times as I have a student at DSU. This was by far the worst and I am considering cancelling my future reservations. The TV did not work initially (no signal) and the person who came to fix it Tuesday evening around 8 PM spent more time playing video games on his phone in my room than fixing the TV. The carpet had not been vacuumed as there were many items (food particles, gravel, dirt, etc. on the floor. I had to wipe food particles off the desk and dresser. At 7 AM on May 6 I went to the desk to see if they stopped providing shampoo/conditioner/soap in rooms as my room had none. They then provided them to me and said they should have been in the room. Many of the towels in the room were dirty, I brought one to the front desk and showed them how brown and stained they were. The tub took 15 minutes to drain making for a gross shower experience. At checkout I asked for manager contact information so I could review my experience with them. Instead, the front desk worker took my name and phone number, apologized for what she stated was an "unacceptable room" and confirmed with me TWICE the manager would contact me on May 6. She also confirmed I did not yell, swear or behave inappropriately. I shared I would complete a review and contact the BBB if not contacted by the manager on May 6 as she promised. I was not contacted so here we are....
