Enjoy my stay, will be back in the future

There was no staff there to check us in. We waited for almost 30 minutes. We called all the numbers, used the messages and the black phone multiple times and was unable to reach anyone. Plus tried to use the check in computer unable to do so or use our reservation. Reached out to hotels.com customer service and they were not able to get a hold of anyone either.

This was a great choice for two road weary travelers arriving on their tandem bicycle. The staff was amazing and made sure our room was accessible to bicycle and gear. They were excited to share stories about their travels and listen to a few of ours!

The security doors never locked. A weird guy sat in his car drinking beer and watched people come and go...never coming in...we stayed somewhere else as we didnt feel safe.

Big room

The room was a good value. The staff was helpful and personable. I plan to stay there again in the future.

The smell was fowl and the lobby wasn’t neat and tidy like the photos made it appear. When we got to our room, we were first met with a filthy run down space. We asked for a queen and got a full instead. I flipped the sheets back and they were so old that the threads were splitting. I moved the remote and a bug crawled across the bedside table. My husband and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing. There was plaster falling off the ceiling in the bathroom and there was a dead bug under the soap on the wash cloth. They had attempted to paint a quarter of the wall in the bathroom but left the tape and dripping paint. The hotel is absolutely disgusting and I want to warn everyone about it. We couldn’t stay there so we proceeded to continue our travels to the next available hotel. We told them what happened and they weren’t surprised. They have heard from many visitors that it is dirty and bug infested. We found out the hard way. Don’t be the next victim of this run down dirty hotel.

Friendly helpful staff and clean facilities

Easy check-in, accommodations were as described online, and staff were easy to work with.

We showed up a little before midnight and nobody was at the desk, we rang the bell several times, no answer. There was a phone number to call and the guy who answered had me walk behind the desk and he talked me through creating my own room key. The next morning, nothing had been made for breakfast, just the turnstile cereal containers. We didn't see one one staff person the entire time we were there.

The room was clean anough,

Nothing. I won't ever stay here. Lost any future business with myself. Go stay at the Royal River in Flandreau. Don't book here unless you are absolutely sure you're staying there. The manager will not give refunds at all. Buying traveling insurance doesn't help either. This place is a last resort. My advice, go somewhere else.

Clean room

Bed was comfy No Way to take a bath now plug.. part of the base board in bathroom was coming apart. And the tub had chips taken out.

Hot shower Dirty rooms, no breakfast Thursday morning, piss poor attitude of front desk lady (felt insulted as a customer), short shower heard, hanger rack in room in horrible spot

The interior is dirty. An amateur painted the walls. Where there have been leaks in the walls the patches are poorly done.

It was ok but I want to know when I am gonna get my $50 usd refund to my account that I paid the last 09/03/2025 that I did once that I get the room I. The Super 8 hotel?
