We ended up in one of the rooms for the hearing impaired (which is great that they provide this kind of accessibility for this invisible handicap, and I am hearing impaired.), and the only problem was the terrible bed. Other than that, staff was friendly, everything was clean and tidy. We will keep staying here, but I will make sure we don't book an accessibility room.

Very clean hotel. Stayed at the hotel on our way to Badlands/Mount Rushmore/Yellowstone. We went to Madison for dinner the evening we arrived and for coffee the morning we left and really enjoyed the establishments and the services we received! Farther from the interstate than I realized, but it was an extremely pleasant stay!

Nice place to stay, very friendly staff. Only problem I had was the room on the third floor was very humid so much so that the carpet was damp even when running air conditioner.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows were comfy and it was a good sized room. There was no lake so the name Lakeview was confusing.

Just a quick visit to DSU. The hotel and room were both very clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay there again!

Staff were helpful. Didnt like that i wasnt able to pay the $30 incidental fee with cash especially when they had no problem with me paying cash for my room ($212). But was able to figure it out so no worries.
