Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison, WI

Ignored me for 30 minutes in the lobby while they talked amongst each other It’s ok because I approached them with courtesy and was still welcoming and polite. But the stay awesome!

It was good

The location was convenient being a short drive to downtown or wherever else in the Madison area really. Our room was presentable and cool. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool/excercise area met my needs. The breakfast was good. -

Room was clean. We loved the pool and hottub. Pool was good temp! Outside patio area through the pool area was nice. Pool hours 6am- midnight which was very helpful. Decent breakfast - they even had real dishes and coffee mugs with breakfast. 24 hour coffee and lemon water and tea in the lobby. Cookies and popcorn available at check in. Easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again.

Clean pleasan staff whirlpool pool

Friendly front staff, nice hot tub and pool, good breakfast selection, free parking, comfortable beds Carpets in room, hall and elevator are gross. They need to replaced or just put flooring in.

We were tired, cart should be available.

Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Conveniently situated near a busy plaza with lots of dining and shopping options. The continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever experienced at any hotel we’ve visited before. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff - they had popcorn in the lobby which was fun. Did not use any amenities and did not have the continental breakfast. Only negative is an apartment building is being built next door, so there is construction noise.

So at 8 pm we're scrambling to find another place within a reasonable drive to stay at so we could try to still make something out of our week trip. Ran across Country Inn in Madison which still had rooms available. Booked a king mini suite. What a delight! To our surprise the room was excellent. It was like a 1 bedroom apartment. Small kitchenette, dining room table, living room, very large bathroom with a jetted tub, and bedroom separate from other rooms. Was clean and well maintained. Also had free breakfast and cookies, and coffer always in the lobby. We definitely will be back. Made a bad start to our trip into an enjoyable one.

The breakfast was very good, and so was the location relative to the major roads into and out of Madison. The new apartments being constructed on the back side of the hotel obscured the entrance to the hotel. I had to ask directions because it looked like my GPS took me to a construction site.

The hotel is located in a nice area of town. Restaurants are walkable. Many areas to sit. There is a walkway around river. The only thing I didn’t care for was there were many smokers in front of hotel and cig butts even though signs were posted no smoking. Pool area and work out area was updated and clean.

I booked this hotel last minute, day of, as I was traveling through the area and was tired driving. The check-in was easy and the staff was very welcoming. My stay was only one night but I found it to be clean and comfortable. It seemed like a quiet and safe location from my experience. I would definitely stay again as well as recommend to others! Thank you! No negatives or complaints from my stay.

Location was great & it was very clean!! Beds were NOT comfortable!!!!!!!!!
