MainStay Suites Madison - Monona

All staff members seemed to have an eye for detail and took care of the property and customers well.

Room was more than we expected, breakfast was decent, well maintained especially for the amount of people staying the week we were there

The suite room was great The hot tub jets didn’t work for us nor did the kids splash area. The mechanics were off or shut down. Also the breakfast was a bit of a let down.

Clean rooms, friendly, efficient staff.

We really loved this hotel. We really liked that our room was like a mini apartment and had a separate living room and practically a full kitchen...it was a nice "home away from home"

Clean, spacious room. Great bed! Front desk person at check in was very warm and pleasant. Breakfast was very good.

Loved our room, very clean and spacious. The lady at the front desk was kind and gave great recommendations to local restaurants.

The hotel and room was everything we needed and expected. We arrived a little before check in and the lady behind the desk checked for an open room and accommodated us with an early check in. A great one night stay.

room cleanliness was ok. There was an odd smell that we were able to offset with a candle and some room spray. There were several butter packet wrappers stuck to the desk chair that seemed odd.

Our stay was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved being away from the city and truly enjoyed the peace and quiet.

The facility was very nice and our room spacious. The negative was the room insulation was terrible. I could hear the neighbors talking until late into the night and had to turn the fan on to drown out their conversation. Also, I had asked to be in a quiet area of the hotel specifically mentioned not by vending machines, elevators, etc. and they placed us in a room right across from the elevator and the vending machines. They did place us on the 3rd floor where they said it would be quieter - and it was the first night, but the second night with having to listen to conversation next door for over 3 hours, it pretty much ruined the stay for me

Very clean and laid out nicely

Lots of space for relaxing and manuvering around baggage to get comfortable. Nice to have snacks as complimentary near front desk. The breakfast was more complete than other motels. The furniture was comfortable as well.

Sheets and pillows were luxurious. Soft . People behind the desk were so helpful. The big”IF” we go to Midwest horse fair again, this will be the place we go to and I’ve been to quite a few places. The only downside was the hot tub was a bit too much chlorine. And water in the room if you make coffee is chlorine taste. I live where there’s well water so our water doesn’t have chlorine. But that’s the only thing.

Breakfast could use love.

Nice sized room and clean. Price point was great.
