MainStay Suites Madison - Monona

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the outdoor patio, very relaxing. The room had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t good, was the landscaping, it is in need of attention and grooming.

Staff, free water, accessible ice machines, out of big city. Really enjoyed friendliness of staff.

It is a quiet hotel that is perfect for a restful sleep. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to prepare a meal. It doesn't include spices, like salt and pepper; however, there are grocery stores fairly close by.

All staff members seemed to have an eye for detail and took care of the property and customers well.

Room was more than we expected, breakfast was decent, well maintained especially for the amount of people staying the week we were there

The suite room was great The hot tub jets didn’t work for us nor did the kids splash area. The mechanics were off or shut down. Also the breakfast was a bit of a let down.

We really loved this hotel. We really liked that our room was like a mini apartment and had a separate living room and practically a full kitchen...it was a nice "home away from home"

Clean, spacious room. Great bed! Front desk person at check in was very warm and pleasant. Breakfast was very good.
