Good

The pool and hot tub are super clean, always attentive front desk, and very quiet place with multiple restaurants within feet.

Bad

Although clean and friendly, there’s significant road noise.

Room was huge, not noisy even though right by the lobby, bed decently comfy, hot tub filled quickly, friendly staff No comforter for bed, I was freezing with just a sheet and blanket. Pool was a tad chilly for me.

Quiet hotel with pool and whirlpool.

Rooms were clean staff was very welcoming. This is our preferred hotel to stay at when we are in Madison.

Very welcoming and pristine entryway. The staff were prompt and very courteous, I was impressed. The room was very clean, temperature controlled perfectly and comfortable. Wyndham just started forcing guests to sign up for their loyalty program to use the internet. That is a horrible move and irritating, but not the fault of the local management. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The last two nights, staff was very helpful and kind, will be staying there m again my new home away from home

The hot tub was unavailable due to cleaning. Why not clean the hot tub on a Monday afternoon when you have less people staying at your hotel? The main reason we picked this particular hotel is because it had a hot tub. Many guests turned away disappointed from seeing the closed hot tub.

Clean. Air conditioner worked great. It was hot that night outside. Pool was fine. Kids liked the hoop. Was a bit steamy in there but it was 95 degrees all week.

I enjoyed my stay, it was clean…but the staff was rude and unwelcoming
