This is the first time I have stayed at one of these properties, as this was a last minute reservation. I was pleasantly surprised, as it was immaculate. Extremely clean room, gym and breakfast area. David was working the breakfast area and was very friendly, helpful and attended to the area, keeping it all tidy. The front desk attendant was also very friendly.

We absolutely love staying at avid! The check in is always smooth, everyone is always so kind. We asked for a quiet room so we were on the top floor-room was clean and our tv was huge! We love the coffee in the lobby 24/7, the water refill stations and the fact that you’re dog friendly. We didn’t bring our pup this time but we got to meet a few in the lobby! Lastly, the continental breakfast is just enough to get you going right before you hit the road. Thank you!

Pets are allowed on property and had dog barking at night and early morning when trying to sleep. We love dogs, but our dog does not travel with us for this reason. He would not be happy cooped up in hotel room for long hours. We spent almost $200 for one night at this hotel and had poor nights rest and were glad that we only booked. The front desk attendant was not helpful. She gave my husband her managers contact information and will be contacting.

Great hotel! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the area! Also coffee is great!

Had an issue with someone blasting music at 4 am and they promptly shut that down!
