We were just there for a Saturday night and enjoyed our stay. After a busy day, we enjoyed a few cocktails at the bar and the server was engaging (while busy) Bobcats off to her. A++ stay, thank you!

The toilet flush in our room wasn't working; the administration attempted to fix it after we reported the issue twice at reception, but it worked only once before failing again. The receptionist who checked us in and took our initial report was unfriendly and angry. We had to use the public restroom for the entire duration of our stay, and we received no support or apologies.

They were great! Comfy beds and pillows. They even provided a free shuttle to a race that we did!

The room had a great size and loved not having a carpet floor. It feels cleaner. We brought our bikes and they were very kind storing them overnight. The service from the front desk people was great. Very kind and helping you feel welcome and they try to your meet your specific needs. Great location for biking as it has easy access to bikes trails than can easily take you downtown or around Lake Monona. We will definitely come back!

The bartender Angela was nice. The TV did not work and no one could help us. Also the bedding was terrible and the bathroom didn’t look very clean.

The M Club had good breakfast and snack items. The only downside was my room did not get cleaned one day

Great location. Glad it had a coffee shop, the games, and pool. Our first room had hundreds of nats in it, but they quickly gave us a new room that was clean and nat free.

Everything was pretty wonderful! Loved the room, swimming pool, hot tub, breakfast was pretty good. You do have to pay for breakfast and hors d’oeuvres. We were there for the Brat Fest which is also close enough to walk to. Very convenient.

We reserved a king bed room and were given a 2 full bed room and because of the hotel being full they weren't able to fix it. The shuttle service was a great perk and the shuttle driver was amazing.
