The property was so immaculate I have to assume it is very new. Absolutely nothing in the room or common areas showed any sign of wear. The gym equipment was all in pristine condition. The room was nicely furnished and the dark blue doors gave it a classy feel. The breakfast was modest as advertised but everything was fresh and frequently replenished. Convenient location - close to downtown and campus, with free parking. I will definitely be back!

This is a very modern hotel inside and out. Our room which was a king suite was roomy and comfortable. The common areas were in the same modern theme and were also very comfortable and welcoming. There was a manager's reception the first night we were there which featured wine, beer and soft drinks along with light appetizers. Amber, the manager was warm and friendly and took the time to talk to most of the guests attending. The hotel also features a light breakfast that was a nice plus. We will definitely stay again should we visit Madison.

No real complaints at all. I was able to check in quickly, clean and spacious room although the toilet bowl was slightly stained, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Reasonable price.
