Breakfast was excellent. The room had plenty of space. It was very comfortable.

We try to stay at Clarion every time we go to Madison. The location is great and easy to get to. The staff is also so accommodating. Jennifer, second shift service associate was attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable and happy.

Could not lower temp in room. Otherwise clean.

The staff were nice, and informative.Thank you for the stay!! The beds were a little saggy, but still pretty comfortable.

The breakfast was incredible. The staff at check-in allowed us to have a room with two beds and they did not upcharge. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The facility was a bit aged. Especially the pool and spa area.

Clean and tidy

Location to Alliant center Bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. Bathroom door was difficult to close. Garbage disposal didn’t work, informed staff wasn’t repaired during our 3 day stay.

Breakfast was better than expected, and it was nice to start the day with a hot meal.

It was conveniently located for our appointments Didn’t know that was near a venue for VP Harris’s rally. Traffic was a big issue

Server’s are friendly ant attentive Everything is clean Off corse the price could be more affordable A way to control the blowing of the fan all night , could not figure out how to turn it off , therefore I Feld like am sleeping on a airplane turbine .

Happy Hour offering free drinks and appetizers was a big plus! Breakfast was fresh and better than most continental breakfast options. Plenty of seating for breakfast as well. We went for a UW football game - the hotel offered free shuttle to transport us to UW campus, which was very helpful! This hotel management really went above and beyond! Hotel was a little dated, but they did a great job with what they had! More space than usual in the room and great eating space downstairs. Staff was super helpful. Really, they did a great job!

The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, the rooms was spacious and the breakfast was good/fine. This hotel needs a serious upgrade and update. The desk chair in our room had faux leather peeling off the top and paint was peeling off the bathroom door frame. And the furniture is just so outdated, incl a small TV on an entertainment stand.

Room is big and clean, Fridge and microwave, and cookies when checked in. Nothing
