Breakfast was great and there was lots of parking

Great air conditioning, great staff, and waffles were excellent (classic hotel waffle maker)

Great location for heading out of town in the morning - I usually stay closer to the UW Hospital for convenience, but my normal hotel was sold out. This Fairfield was great. Will return.

The hotel itself was very clean, and the rooms were nicely updated, comfortable, and well maintained. Both front desk employees we interacted with at check-in and check-out were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made for a great first and last impression. Breakfast was also better than expected, with a good variety of options and everything well stocked. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because of one experience in the breakfast area. We watched the employee helping with breakfast cut another guest’s bagel, then simply wipe the knife on his shirt before placing it back into the clean utensil bin for other guests to use. That was very unhygienic and concerning to witness. There were also a couple of interactions where he was refilling condiments while guests were trying to use them. Instead of stepping aside or acknowledging people, he would just stand there waiting, making it feel like the guests were in his way. It may have been a language barrier or simply a misunderstanding, but it came across as awkward and not very customer-friendly. Aside from that one employee, our experience was excellent. The cleanliness, updated rooms, helpful front desk staff, and quality breakfast made this an enjoyable stay.

It was new, clean, and comfortable. The location was great too, very close to campus. Would stay there again. The hotel was greatly understaffed. I felt bad for them as they needed help at the front desk and breakfast area.

Nice stay and reasonably priced

Stayed there for the AC/DC concert on a Sunday. Very long line for check in. A second employee came to help & got us through with a great positive attitude. Knowing about the concert, and not sure if they do this for Badger games, it would be nice if they offered their own shuttle instead of sending you over to the Marriott. Breakfast was available & loved all of the protein & gf options!

No complaints for a very affordable, clean, pleasant staff, and decent complimentary hot breakfast.

Ever thing The location

Beds were comfortable. Pool was dirty and had stuff floating in it.

staff were super friendly to every person in the line checking in. bed wasn't super comfy. pillows were kinda meh.

Staff was nice. The breakfast was well maintained.

Hair in shower... hand towels dirty and not changed from previous people...
