When we arrived we were told out reservation had been canceled.

Good stop at a good price. No amenities but not needed for me.

I have no idea, there was no one in the office for us to check in. We tried 3 times from 3 to after 4 to check in. We had to get another hotel.

It’s old ran down and maintenance is not that great

Do not book here.

Very friendly staff and a great price. I felt safe there.

One of the fastest and eisiest check ins. Wish they had morning coffee availible.

For the price and the extra queen bed, I would stay there again. The sheets were clean, bed was comfortable enough. The room was fairly run down and grimy, but there was hard floors not carpet, which is always a plus. They were pretty dirty, you could see smears like someone tried to mop them, but maybe needs a better mop. I wiped up some spilled water and the rag was black. There also was never anyone at the front desk, you had to just call a number if you wanted someone to come check you in or had another problem. We had a room with 3 queen beds which was awesome. The wifi didnt work in the room because it was too far away from the main office, not a problem for us, but worth noting if someone needs wifi. Great location, close to all restaurants and a grocery store.

When we arrived the door to the office was locked. A sign on the door said ring the bell for service. I rang the bell for 15 minutes with no one answering. We left. Hotels.com have me no way to cancel so we were charged for a terrible hotel with a lack of service that we did not stay at. Do not use hotels.com or stay at oyo.

Bed coverings were cheap and inadequate. Heater was excessively noisy. Bright light shined thru the rear window with no blind or way to shut out the light. I arrived at 2am and left at 5am. Way over priced.

The place is in good location service person on front desk friendly but room was cleanliness Toilet and bathroom wasn’t clean I’m over 55 needed a clean place to stay since my age and medical condition

Kitchen had no coffee, the shower dripped all night and did not work.

The room is an old room but clean and we needed a room with 3 queen beds and the price was very reasonable. We had plenty of nice hot water and the heater in the room worked so we were comfortable. The person in the office is very friendly and helpful.

I was actually unable to stay out the property due to the fact that the front desk is never occupied. I showed up at 3:15 and waited for 30 minutes and nobody ever showed up and nobody answered the phone. I have asked for a refund and have yet to receive it because customer service says they need to talk to the person at the front desk. I have called customer service twice and they have advised that they have also been unable to reach anybody at the front desk.

Good location to the hospital I don’t think the floor has been cleaned in who knows how long. They need to mount the tv on the wall instead of the a dresser so there is more room to walk.

We arrived and were told the room we reserved were NOT available. Finally got a 'replacement' room. Went to go look and we found out the pictures posted are a complete lie. Theres absolutely no internet connection in the room, which means no TV usage available. The hotel was terrifying with brokenness, mold and dirtiness. I also had to put down a deposit. The staff were nice (why its a 2 star and not a 1).

Conveniently located Parking was a little tight but not too bad

nothing, this place is dirty and has rats and roaches. Staff was extremely rude and unwilling to work with refunding. dirty, rats and roach infested property. We opened the door and a rat ran off and when we turned on the lights roaches crawled under the walls. Meth heads doing crack deals next door as well.

The room was in pretty dingy conditions, broken boards, holes in tub walls from where they moved the shower head, dust in baseboards, tub had red stains and dirt stains as if they dont scrub the tub just throw cleaner on it and let it flow down, bed covers had hairs in them so did some pillows. The air conditioning worked but exterially broken.
