Hot breakfast didn’t look appetizing, so I selected cold choices and a toasted bagel. My husband selected hot breakfast choices and he said it was terrible.

The lobby and amenities such as the pool, hot tub ect looked great but once we got into our room it was very blah. The ceiling was super high, blank walls, kinda felt like a prison. Tv was super small and the paper cups for coffee had previous coffee residue in them. No fan in the bathroom which created unwanted humidity after a shower. We showed up 30mins till the breakfast was over and there was nothing left, no coffee waffle batter nothing. They literally shut the light out in the dinning area at 9am on the dot when guests were still in there. This would be the first and last time we stay here unfortunately. For the price it was not worth it.

From the moment you walk in the lobby you are in awe. The western, elegance is shown throughout. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable & nice but the bath tub (plug) didn't work so we could only take a shower. It was so nice to have actual soap and shampoo offered in the room instead of wall mounted pump soap & questionable shampoo. The breakfast was nice and so was the breakfast staff.

View from the hotel overlooks the town. Dining was a little challenging by to get to via walking but the Mazatlan restaurant was just down the hill and it was delicious!

We have stayed here several times. It is always clean, maintained well, and staff are helpful. Parking is sometimes an issue! It’s a gem in Madras!

Room and bathroom looked very nice and was clean. Staff was helpful, breakfast was delicious, view from our window was super pretty. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.
