Hotel overall was not what was advertised. Rooms restroom door could not close due to door hinges coming undone. Sheets were not clean. Hotel hallways were like an oven

Needs updating. Hallway smelled very bad. 1st room AC wasn’t working. 2nd room door handle very shaky.

Dirty room. Dirty towels. Broken furniture and debris in back entrance. People loitering in back, as this is a motel, felt unsafe on ground floor. The police broken down the door and arrested the guest above my room at 5:45 am. Seems some guests are staying as permanent residents. Unsafe neighborhood.

Not family friendly for young families. Homeless people outside and the smell of weed in the air all the time. Room was clean and it was quiet.

Good price, but you get what you pay for! Room was not thoroughly cleaned, smelled of old cigarettes even though it’s non smoking. Found mouse droppings in the room as well. Staff were accommodating, but not overly friendly. I will say the area was friendly, the people were kind in the neighbourhood and felt very safe.

I had some where to sleep. It was an old MOTEL with a horrible Courtney Cox face lift turning it into a HOTEL.

Check in was fine. The room was warm and smelled really bad, Had we not been coming from Europe and had it not been that late we would have we would have changed hotels. Next time I’d spend a bit more and stay somewhere else for sure.

Good refund policy

Staff, room with non functioning toilet, smoking smell, room not cleaned and so on. Most guests in Google review have complained of the same things
