I arrived at about 11pm and it was so nice that the bar was still open and I could have a nightcap.

I have not receive back my securiry deposit that they charge when checking in afetr 11 day of my stay.

Hotel is dated, but clean. Room was huge, but bathroom was a closet. As for the actual 'closet' it was an airmoire from the 70's and broken. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Amanda was great.

Stay away from this location. It is filthy and I did not feel safe staying there.

Close to the airport, with staff that were very helpful in accommodating us during our stay. I would recommend for a stay prior to flying out of Logan.

When we checked in,made a point of saying breakfast was available in am...we did partake of some of the breakfast,but ate minimally because we were going to a luncheon..did note sign on way out w prices for food.. unfortunately we were under the impression that since it had been mentioned at check in, and we had been to many hotels that had complimentary breakfast s, that this was complimentary also..very disappointed on check out when I asked if breakfast had been complimentary, and was told no,$15.99 each..did not add it to Bill, we have receipt, did attach it to receipt received in mail. See above

The staff were very nice but the facility felt closer to a Motel 6 than a Sheraton 4 Point.

We liked the fact that the Logan airport shuttle ran 24 hours a day. We had an early morning flight the next morning. None

We chose the hotel because it offers free shuttle service to the airport. We enjoyed early check in, a clean, quiet room and great coffee. The icing on the cake was Bobby, the shuttle driver. What a fun loving, optimistic man he is. We hope you get a ride to/from the airport from him. You’re in for a treat!

Great room , large, clean and comfortable the beds were great and also comfortable , good wifi, good breakfast It is not an airport hotel, it took us 70 minutes from the moment I called for a shuttle until we got to the hotel. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle standing in the pouring rain, very tried from a long flight, plus it took 25 minutes' drive to the hotel. In the next morning we had to leave 30 minutes before we needed (than the only shuttle – one driver was sick? left to the airport) and it also took 25 minutes drive. ,

Clean fresh Nothings

The second week stay was much better than the previous week. My room was away from the elevators, which made it nicer because I didn’t hear people talking in the hallway and I was able to rest better.

Hotel was nice and clean! They have a little store with food and snacks downstairs. They also have a bar that stays open until 2am. Bartender David was so awesome!! He made our night! AJ at the front desk was just as amazing!! I would definitely stay here again!

too expensive for what you get

The room we had was very spacious and comfortable. We didn’t do breakfast or anything. I will say the restaurant that is next to the hotel is very good. It’s calls UNO. There is a shopping center that you can walk to from the hotel as well. Overall the area was great for what we were there for. If you are looking for scenery or city vibe this isn’t place for you. We went to the Wharf restaurant as well that was like 10mins from the hotel is good too.

Front desk staff was pleasant and polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was okay but I'd prefer ceramic coffee cups.
