Solid value, convenient to the airport, comfortable bed, spacious room. When I made the reservation, I was left with the impression that breakfast was complimentary, which it was not. I probably would have booked elsewhere had I known.

Room was clean. Shampoo conditioner body wash provided. Kerig in room. 24 hr airport shuttle. Used it to geto/from hotel to blue line. From blue line went to Quincy market. Also from blue went to Fenway park. Easy. Staff was informative and friendly when checked in and scheduled shuttle many times.

The staff was so nice and very polite There were spilt noodles left on the floor a few rooms up and not cleaned even after a staff member saw it . Also everything echoed in the roomd could hear ppl in the hallway throughout the night and ppl in there rooms also could hear all the traffic outside made it hard to sleep.

The room is spacious, bed very confortable, I did not do breaksfast and the hotel, and they have enough parking spaces

They provided everything I needed, quickly and efficiently. Everyone was respectful overall.

A huge thank you to the gentleman working the desk at around midnight on Wednesday, August 19th. He was super helpful in quickly getting a shuttle for our daughter who was stuck at he airport alone. This mom really appreciated his kindness. 🙂
