Quality Inn Boston - Revere

The staff was nice but that's about the only good thing I would say about the hotel. The pool was out of order. We couldn't find an ice machine. The bathrooms were tiny and the rooms with 2 double beds don't really fit 4 people. It needs to be updated but most of all it needs good general repairs done. I would say we over paid for the room.

Not sure if will be back, very outdated no pool etc

Clean, quiet place Too far from city center, no subway near the hotel

It was great for a night stay. Didn’t explore the whole hotel as I was in the city for a birthday party. Everything was clean and seemed to be in good condition.

Room service didn’t make the beds. Front desk told me “every 3 days”. We were there for 4 and they never got made.

Hotel very old ,the worst breakfast ever . I booked for 3 nights ,i was out after the first night,hotel didn't give my money back.

The bed was very high and a little hard to get into. The only way to get to it was to get an Uber or Lyft if you don't have your own transportation. They advertise that they are close to the airport.

It was fine

Bathroom fan didn't work, exercise equipment broken. However the young lady cleaning up after breakfast was above and beyond kind and helpful when we arrived to breakfast late. So a general conclusion is staff made up for the physical deficiencies.

This is an older hotel. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is minimal not a lot of choices. The staff is very helpful. The 1 highway runs pass the front of the building.
