Clean

Like that the room had a small kitchen etc but tub and bathroom need more cleaning also the sheets

Location wasn’t terrible to work Gross smell even as entering the lobby, very dirty elevator as well as room. First room mattress pad had dried blood stains on it. Changed to different room.

First time in Extended Stay. Stinky corridors. Not clean and I never gonna stay again in any Extended Stay in future

Location First room we stayed in the microwave and tv was broken. Room was dirty. Second room we stayed in was very dirty.

While the staff was responsive when I complained, the hotel was very dirty. There was an odor. The lobby was filthy. The room was cleaned but the bedding was stained and had hair remains on them. The floors also had stains that appeared to be dried animal feces. When I decided to checkout early, I was not reimbursed properly. I spent two hours on calls with the hotel and Expedia. Expedia provided an acceptable compromise.

Worn down and dirty

And, then, according to a reverse google search of photos of bites on my body, I got bed bugs. I would not stay here again if they paid me $500/night. Stay away.
