I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I stayed there for 4 days and on the 4th day I had gone to the desk because my key wasn’t working and I was asked by the manager how many people were staying and I stated that I was the only person staying and hey wyd said “well your reservation says 2 people” that was my mistake when I booked to room I didn’t change it to 1 person and so hey wyd was insisting that I had someone else staying there with me when it was just me and I had all set 140 friend drop me off so hey wyd said I’m going to che k the cameras and if your lying to me you will have to leave. I had got a ride from a friend of mine and hey wyd was asking for my rides ID and hey wyd was insisting that my ride was staying with me and that was just not true. Hey wyd was questioning me about so many things that I had an anxiety attack and I was so fearful that I was going to be made to leave. I don’t know what goes on over there but I was not going to ask my ride to present this man with his identification for just being on the property to pick me up. Hey was so rude and so pushy and I was being accused of being a liar. I was so embarrassed so I will never stay at there establishments ever again.

The room was clean but smelled like weed. It was a non smoking room. When we walked in there was a line at the front counter to check in with nobody working the front desk at 6:00 in the evening. When we dialed zero like the note on the desk said the guy answered and said it was the front desk which I was standing at then he said he'd be right there and we waited almost 15 minutes for him to get there. He said he was emptying trash cans not a trash can around the building had been emptied for days.

Horrible hotel, el mueble estaba desgarrado y sucio, la habitación estaba sucia, con un cepillo de dientes y vape de alguien más. Horrible experiencia no volvería a quedarme.

I hadn't stayed there since 2021. I tried to explain this point to them when I got back to the hotel, but they were not interested. I told them I needed a little while to take a shower and get packed up and book another room because this was a total surprise to me. They agreed, but after only 10 minutes they began calling then banging on the door In a very aggressive manner. I was professional at all times even at the front desk when they were kicking me out with false information. Even saying maybe you did stay here 4 months ago but we're drinking and don't remember. That was completely unprofessional considering I don't even drink except very special occasions. Overall the mistake they made confusing me with someone else plus the extremely unprofessional behavior by saying I don't remember because I was probably drunk and blacked out the entire stay 4 months ago. Very Insulting.

Good for the $, while the FIFA is here!

They canceled my booking due to not having any rooms and no one ever notified me. I showed up to the hotel at midnight and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the matter. I had to go pay for another room somewhere else. They claimed someone tried to call my cell phone but that was a lie. Very unimpressed

They cancelled our reservation and only let us know when we arrived because they had overbooked.

The whole hotel was dirty, I found a lot food in the drawer and bathroom wasn't really clean.

Stayed one night but was good for the value

Room was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Streaming on the tv is a plus. Close to restaurants and shops. There was no hand soap in the room and a half eaten candy bar on the counter. No coffee maker in the room!

The rooms were dirty and did not have a shower curtain in bathroom.
