Red Roof Inn Plus Boston - Logan

This stay was perfectly adequate for what we had in mind -- a place to get some rest before we headed home after an international flight. We arrived around 8 pm and were beat. We took advantage of the advertised pizza delivery service which was super helpful and delicious.

It was a short stay. However, the bathroom was very small and not too clean.

They have and continue to, upgrade the hotel.

The area is very convenient for me to travel back and forth from my family in Lynn and my family in Boston. They weren’t able to provide a cot for my autistic son. He was having trouble sharing a bed with his little brother and needed his own. I had to share my bed with him to make him comfortable.

I was charged an additional $50 fee at check in that i thought was a hold but it never got refunded

I would not recommend this property if you're staying alone or have children with you. It was just very sketchy. After we arrived and finally got the woman to come out from the back room, there was another person, maybe a guest, that we were pretty sure was a crackhead. Also, the next day a man wearing a hospital gown was in the lobby. There is nothing great about this hotel except the beds. The bed was very comfortable.

Suite was huge. It was clean and comfortable. It allowed us extra space. King bed was comfortable. Couch bed would not have worked for an adult. The kids had no complaints but beware an adult is not going to enjoy the couch bed.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The listing on Expedia was misleading. It said Red Roof Inn--Logan giving the impression that it was near the airport. It is not. It is 20 miles (a $45 cab ride) away. It took 20 minutes to check in despite my reservation. I had to leave a $50 deposit and sign that I would not smoke in the room. But the room I was given smelled like an ash tray. The mattress on the bed was horrible. I had trouble sleeping and woke up with a back ache. There were few amenities in the room, and no clock. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and held in place by papers wedged in the hole. When I left in the morning there was no one at the front desk. Avoid this place at all costs. I will never stay at a Red Woof (sic) Inn again. This place is for the dogs.

The property could greatly benefit from a good cleaning. The TV didn’t work and the drapes needed to be rehung. The only thing this place had going for it was a clean and comfortable bed.
