Great location if you have family around other wise is to far from Boston

Your hotel was clean and quiet. Some areas were dated. In one spot in the room the hardwood floor had separated and should be fixed. Other than that, it was ok.

Shops nearby, Clean rooms.

The hotel lacks many essential services, and the staff are not very welcoming or professional. Unfortunately, even the person responsible for cleaning the reception area was rude and unhelpful. Overall, the level of service did not meet my expectations, and the experience was disappointing.

Nail clippings on floor, cleaning not so good. Staff was nice and gave me stuff when I needed it so that was good but the nail clipping were creepy. Bathroom soooo tiny. Toilet right against the wall practically.

It was nearby. They still haven’t refunded the additional $50 charge they put on my card after I had already paid for the room through the booking app.

The hotel is cheaper than some of the other hotels relatively close to Logan, and this is why we selected it. Our flight was very early on Saturday, so we faced no traffic getting down to the airport for our flight. The staff was not helpful about booking a cab for us in the morning: while we could get them to book a cab for us, they were not willing (unless pressed) to tell us even where the cab company was located so that we could estimate when the cab would arrive. They didn't ask the cab company either until pressed. That was perhaps not as helpful as it could have been. Otherwise, on a Friday night it is quite noisy before 10PM due to performances at the Kowloon restaurant next door. The sound proofing was not quite sufficient, and we had to get to bed early (and try to sleep) before 10PM due to our early start. In this sense, it's not so convenient for travellers. The hotel does not have any food on site, which is not that convenient. While there is fast food nearby, one does not always want fast food. So there were various elements that did not work well for us.

We were only there to sleep and were gone all day in Salem, so it met our needs. Clean enough. If you are a light sleeper the traffic is loud.

Great place to stay just outside Boston that doesn’t charge for parking! We had problems with our TV and the staff was helpful in getting it resolved quickly.

The bed was comfy but the grounds around the property and neighboring properties gave the overall impression of it being run down and kinda of sketchy. We would have walked out if it wasn’t so late and I hadn’t have prepaid. Overall, it all worked out but if you’re used to cleaner, nicer properties then definitely skip this one.

This is a basic hotel with very few amenities, but generally clean. There is a Walmart, McDonalds, Burger King and other stores within close walking distance. It is on a very busy highway (4-lanes each way), so transportation is a must. The historic Kowloon Restaurant is right next door, for good or for bad (gets loud on a Saturday night!). We travelled to Boston for medical appointments, and wouldn't recommend it for that as it is so far from hospitals - we sadly had to pay a fair bit in Ubers getting to and from appointments. That said, the staff were cheerful and helpful.
