Red Roof Inn Plus Boston - Logan

It's a budget hotel, so you have to keep that in mind. The no pet fee is awesome!!! The staff people are friendly enough. My only criticism is the walls are paper thin. I was in a room next to a long term resident who was up all hours of the night letting her dogs bark and it sounded like they were throwing things in the hallway. I understand that some people need to use the hotel for housing, but they shouldn't put long term residents next to overnight guests who need to work the next day. I

Nothing The door had clearly been broken in and the mechanical lat h was broken off so no way for me to lock it. The room smelled bad and there was old soap in it. I slept in all my clothes and left after one day of a two night reservation. I have not been tefunded.

We arrived late . Room was a size challenge. We left early to get to the airport so ...no breakfast.

If I had a gal with me I would not of stayed one night. But I was booked for 7 nights. Everything is old and out dated, elevator tiles were broken, room smelled old and musty, moldy. Mattes was old and lumpy. Shower head did not work. One bar of soap to carry between shower and sink. No hand towels or wash cloths. No shampoo. Large ants in bathroom and around window. Over all experience very poor for 170./ nights. Huge rip off! Checked out after one night and went to best western. A couple Dollie’s more but top of the line.

It was close enough to the airport at a descent price. Bit loud from highway traffic

It’s a perfectly fine place to stay.

Nicely remodeled! Tiny bathroom, tiny bed, firm pillows, sparse on toiletries and towels!

Staff was very nice and very helpful! The location was great for a fairly quick trip in to boston and excellent for traveling to Salem the next day. Restaurants were within walking distance. Our room was small but comfortable. Not really the hotels issue, but one of the guests was smoking Marijuana in the elevator, it smelled overwhelmingly like it all day, and made my clothes smell too.

Didn’t stay there due to a mismanaged reservation

Our room smelled very bad. I guess it’s the carpets which are old.

Close to downtown and 15 minutes from the Orange Line train station. Street it’s on can be brutal to try and exit the lot when traffic is really bad. Not a lot you can walk to but there are few walkable restaurants and stores like Walmart

It was fine. Location is a minor pain because we were always going to the next exit to cross Route 1.

Accessibility good

I had a problem at the checkin, it was not the hotel issue but the hotel booking site, waited for 30 minutes. The room was clean but the parking area was dirty , full of garbage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom door knob was broken and the shower curtain rod was cracked. The hotel is facing a busy street, so it was noisy at night. I think the price I paid was too high compared to the other same type of hotels.

Meet our expectations and good deal for the price. No breakfast but that was clearly posted online.
