I came for a workshop in Western MA and stayed upon arrival and before my flight home. Both times it was a very smooth experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly, prompt and efficient. They offer a good breakfast buffet and there is also an hourly shuttle to Boston Logan. I very much appreciated the 24 hour availability of coffee and tea in the lobby. The place seems to draw a lot of tourists and people from other countries. Breakfast was from 7:30-9 AM which meant that if the hotel is full the lobby can be a little crowded but I always managed to find a spot to sit. It was a pleasing stay.

While we unfortunately couldn't check in earlier than 3pm, the staff was nice enough to store our luggage for us so we could drop it off and go about our day. Everything was comfortable, the only snag happened with the airport shuttle. We booked this hotel specifically because they had an airport shuttle that ran early enough for our flight. We got turned around in the hallways and unfortunately arrived in the lobby two minutes past our shuttle pickup time. That was our fault, but the shuttle had already left and there wasn't another one for half an hour, so we had to pay for an Uber. Obviously it's our fault we weren't exactly on time, but it would have been nice to get a courtesy call from the front desk or perhaps the shuttle could have waited two minutes knowing another guest had booked that time.

The staff at Avid in Boston are amazing!!!

I booked for handicap access, roll in shower but I didnt get that and the room was not very handicap accessible could not get my husband who is in a wheelchair up close to the bed to transfer him

Everyone was very accommodating, I enjoyed the coffee option, it was a comfortable stay, somewhat walkable, shuttle was convenient. I will be back.

Stayed one night after driving 800 miles to move across the country with 2 cats. We were very tired when we arrived and the staff could not have been nicer. We had a large moving truck with a car trailer and they even helped us to park. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection. Highly recommend.

Easy shuttle use from and back to the airport. Good breakfast setup. Room was comfortable and quiet in a busy part of town.
