SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Logan Airport Revere Beach

Stayed at this hotel for two nights and payed for parking at the front desk at check in. After a month received 6 ticked from parking management company summing up to 650$. I have been in communication with car rental, hotel, and parking management company on an off for last 20 days to resolve this issue. They can not resolve it in between each other and keep sending me bills and charging my credit card. It is so frustrating and trying dealing with this mess of not mine wrong doing.

Loved being on the ocean

The location is fantastic just across the beautiful beach. There are many great restaurants near the hotel. The room is nice.

Could not check in until 3:30pm -rooms did not have enough towels -pool down for repairs-partial ocean view was not even available even after paying for the view.

When we first arrived to check in, there was no receptionist present. Many times throughout our stay, staff was unable to provide some things we required, such as extra thick blankets. In our room, the curtains were broken and staff were also unable to fix them, causing us many difficulties as it was very difficult to sleep with the sunlight. We also struggled very much with the restroom door in our room, as it was very difficult to lock. Overall, our room and our restroom also seemed dirty, with stains on the carpet and the curtains and the mini fridge smelling very strongly. We were disappointed with our stay here.

Long wait for elevators, one was broken, then other broke. Pool has been closed for months.

Aside from that, the late check out was nice, breakfast was good and the location and beach were great!

L’emplacement

This place is right on the beach AND right on the subway line that goes straight to the airport and straight into the heart of Boston. Very clean, too. I will stay here next time!

This is a great place to go if you want to check out the beach they also have restaurants nearby and places to look at.

The hotel is right across the street from the beach, with a bridge over the street to the beach, so that was nice. It is also only a 10 minute walk from a large variety of restaurants. Both high and low end a lot of different cuisines. Its also pretty close to a blue line stop. The room was ok. It was clean. The door to the bathroom was crooked and wouldn't shut enough to lock. The closet door was also poorly fit and was hard enough to open that my wife assumed it was a locked door to an adjoining room. The bathroom door is also translucent glass, so if you're taking a shower while others are trying to go to sleep, it lights up the entire room. Why would you not make a bathroom door opaque? You need to call the hotel to get the airport shuttle, but the first 3 times I called no one picked up even after a good number of rings. The shuttle drivers were friendly and they tell you which door at the airport they'll be picking you up at, which is nice. You need to schedule your airport dropoff at the front desk so they know to expect you.

Overall things were ok. However, sofa bed was broken and they not change the sofa or the room.

VERY upset the pool was closed, one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Parking was hard to find, breakfast was just ok. Stayed 6 nights and never had a potato/hash brown option. I originally booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and had to add 1 room night months later. The hotel did not have the same room type (2 queens vs king + sofa) and we were thinking we had to move rooms but the AWESOME young man at the front desk offered to allow us to stay in one of the rooms we were already in.

Location, room, transportation were all great, But not check in time which a front desk was not friendly and made me wait 2 minutes before 4 pm check. Front desk should be a most friendly staff to welcome!

Right on revere beach. Beautiful views. Close to blue T line. Great restaurants right next to the hotel. Only downside was pool was being repaired. The 2 elevators, one not working , then the second did not work for a day. Guests used the service elevator. Staff was great and made up for the inconvenience. Yes I would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff. Clean, well maintained room. Easy to access the beach, restaurants, and the T. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff seemed very disconnected. Front gust services had no idea why the pool was closed. Restaurant staff were very slow. No one on the patio and it took us 30 minutes to get a drink. Hotel overall was amazing, staff is the real issue here

We had a great stay. Loved the beach location and friendly/helpfull staff.
