Hotel direction hardly to get check in at Lobby, we did call customer services very helpful, our room A/C can’t adjust temperature and we were call front desk sent someone to fixed but still the same , on second night more worsted but we were tried and check out next day anyway, Sofa bed was terrible, Shower room very bad, very time shower get water leaking out from bad shower door, service on breakfast we like it, by overall we are very disappointed.

That the manager needs better training on how to run it.

We had 4 guests in our suite and had to ask for towels every day thry provided two. The sofa bed did not work and thr bathroom faucet leaked. We asked them e ery day for help with this and nothing was done for our 3 night stay. Thr hotel is beautiful and close to the beach with great beach acxent

Great staff, very knowledgeable about the area. The room was nice and clean.

Hotel was walking distance from the Wonderland Blue Line. Has a Star Buck in the building and good restaurants steps away from hotel. Hotel is clean and includes breakfast.

The location was great with restaurants and the train station very close by.

Location To accommodate 6 people on a suite, commode needs to be separated from the bathroom.

A really nice hotel. the brunch and food overall at the restaurant is excellent.

Everything was great and it was well located.
