The staff were kind and helpful. Some things to consider One of the 2 elevators was out of order so during the day it was a long wait to get to other floors. The breakfast is pretty standard buffet. Parking is on site for $20 a night. There's no way to pull directly onto the lobby floor and unload /load bags. You gave to unload your things in either the parking garage or street level then take the elevator to the lobby.

I was very pleased with my accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable. The setup was unique. I really enjoyed the free breakfast overlooking the beachfront. The staff kept the area well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend SpringHill Suite hotel. I'll give them a 8 out of 10.

The entrance of the hotel was complicated because is not on the ground floor, you have to take the elevator the 2nd floor and we did not see clearly mark on the site, if you are driving you can take the elevator from the parking lot but the elevators were broken when we arrived so it was not so clear . Besides that the location was nice.

Easy access to the beach and public transportation right on back parking lot

I did not realize the hotel also served as a brothel. The sex worker in the room next door was quite loud and labored till 3AM.

Nice place.

The hotel was not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Our first room with a "partial ocean view" overlooked the top of the center of the hotel. No ocean in sight. We also reserved a sofa bed and did not get that either. The room was changed the second night because they were fully booked the first night. We had a week in another location before returning for a second stay that I considered canceling. Every room we stayed in had something minor broken, like bathroom locks. The second elevator was broken for a day and when I asked about using the stairs to get to my room, I was dismissed by their comment, "They only go down." From our first stay to the end of our second stay, someone was living in their car in the parking garage. I mentioned this on the first stay when we saw it and they didn't seem to care because they said they've seen worse. They make sure you pay $20 parking per day though. The positives are that it is across the street from the beach, there are 4 restaurants in or next to the hotel and the subway station is behind it.

Our room was clean and comfortable but the faucet in our bathroom was broken and I mentioned and it was never fixed. It worked but it was just very loose! The breakfast was pretty basic and very crowded and ended too early at 9:30am.

C'est la deuxième fois que je réserve dans cet hôtel. J'aime tout de cet hôtel, surtout parce qu'il est juste en face de la plage.

The staff specially the front desk employees were anazing and above and beyond 10 stars for them thank you for the amazing hospitality

We were traveling as a family with a baby and a stroller. The hotel only had ONE working elevator, which would often be too full to ride, to the point where we would have to wait up to four cycles to even be able to get on. When we complained to the staff about the inconvenience, they were unsympathetic. The pool had a light that had been damaged and was hanging in the water with wires exposed, and our shower drain would not drain fast enough. None of these issues were properly fixed by the time we checked out. When we asked to speak to a manager, they were conveniently unavailable on the weekend and we were told we would have to wait until Monday morning, we were scheduled to check out on Sunday. The only good parts about our stay were the restaurant across from the hotel and the beach, which are completely unaffiliated with the Marriot. We will never stay here again, nor do we recommend booking to anyone else.
-
The hotel was beautiful, everything was clean, the workers were quick and attentive to all our needs. Lots of breakfast options. The only negative was the broken elevator was very inconvenient (especially with 4 kids)
-
Everything was wonderful other than the elevator situation. But all it all it was a great stay

I liked the room a lot. It was helpful to have a bigger size closet as an extra changing room. Everyone was comfortable and there's really nice view of the water. There was one elevator down and no stairs that went from the room to the parking garage. There were times where we had to wait over half an hour just to use the elevator. During those times the elevator was packed with people. So if you did get to ride it was smushed in like sardines.

Convenient and local. Water kept leaking out of the shower and i had to order towels to clean up the mess every time.

Unfortunately, the elevator was broken. Both elevators were broken for two days. The other problem was my room wasn’t cleaned, and when I asked for it to be cleaned, it wasn’t cleaned the next day so I waited for the third day, the staff isn’t properly trained, and one of them was extremely rude probably because he was overwhelmed because he wasn’t trained properly and they were many many people trying to check in. The other problem was the noise coming from the restaurant. I could hear it in my room on the third floor and I was on the end, not near the restaurant so the music was so loud and the Bass so loud unfortunately this day was not good.
