Holiday Inn Express Boston Logan Airport - Revere by IHG

Excellent property, staff were very friendly and ensured your needs were taken care of. Rooms spacious and very clean. My only complaint about the room is the shower design. The drain cover in the shower is made of metal so when the water is shut off, water still drips from the shower head and onto the metal drain cover making noise. Could be bothersome for people even with the bathroom door closed but the noise can be easily muffled by throwing a towel where the water drips. Parking is paid and was a bit pricy but other than that, excellent hotel with great proximity to the MBTA Blue line.

Everything about this property, the amenities, and the staff were excellent.

Nice, clean hotel and very helpful staff. We booked in February for a stay in July. We chose it because it had an airport shuttle. We later were told they no longer have a shuttle, but since we booked when they did have one, the guy at the desk (Oscar) ordered an Uber for us paid for by the hotel. Good customer service!

Exceptionally well-maintained hotel. The hallways and bathrooms were particularly nice. My only complaint would be the lack of sound-proofing for a hotel right near a big road and the airport.

Comfortable bed, superb front desk staff (particularly the guy with curly hair who's name I can't recall), great location just a short walk to a T station. Breakfast could maybe use a little bit more variety but it was adequate. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfectly serviceable room. Friendly and helpful staff. The menu in the bar/restaurant was limited. The food was good but not exceptional. No shuttle, so a taxi is needed to get to and from the airport. The room price was very high, though was the cheapest among the BOS airport hotels at the point when I booked.

Everything was perfect.

There was no shampoo or body wash and the room was incredibly small. The breakfast buffet was not replenished reasonably for mid serving.

A very nice facility. The staff was friendly and helpful, the entire property was spotless, and we enjoyed the included breakfast. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean room. We had a problem with partiers next door and it was resolved within 5 minutes. Very clean property with easy access to subway.

We stayed here 6/26 for 2 nights. Hotel was clean, rooms immaculate and we'll appointed. Staff from check in through checkout were attentive and accommodating. Hotel is a few block walk to Public Transportation (Subway-Transit Station) and a couple good Italian restaurants and bakery. Would not think of another place to stay when going again to Boston. No airport shuttle is only downside but flat rate cab was only $14 plus tip.

but just as an FYI for anyone else that finds even the slightest amount of light disruptive, there was a bright blinking light on one of the detectors on the ceiling. A sleep mask fixed that! Would recommend.

Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, good breakfast variety, friendly staff and no problems with late check-in past midnight. More vegetable options for breakfast.
