Holiday Inn Boston Logan Airport - Chelsea by IHG

No trash bags on the room, the ice machine on our floor was broke. But the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great. Recommend the hotel forsure. 4/5.

Me encanto la amabilidad de su personal. Lo único que no me gusto fue que no hubiese café a las 3am cuando me tocaba ir al aeropuerto. Pero por todo lo demás excelente y super cerca del aeropuerto. Cuando te cancelen vuelos este hotel es tremenda opción y el precio muy asequible.

The toasters didn't toast!

DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL. I SHOWED UP ON TIME AFTER A VERY LONG FLIGHT AND THEY HAD CANCELLED MY ROOM. THE FRONT DESK CHECK IN PERSON WAS UNHELPFUL. THE MANAGER WAS MEAN AND RUDE.

The bathroom was very clean. The room was clean and comfortable! The access to the airport is also easy by an uber.

There were no waters in the room or gym. Very clean hotel and the breakfast was good.

Clean room, quiet and convenient for my needs. Front desk staff very helpful and checked in to see if I needed anything for my stay. When I asked for more towels and to have the bathroom cleaned on my second day housekeeping came right up. Would definitely consider this hotel for future needs.

The hotel lobby and room were both very clean and modern. It looks like the property is either recently-renovated or recently-built. I didn’t really look at the pictures before booking, as my only goal was low-ish cost near the airport for an early flight the next morning. I expected budget quality because, frankly, it’s a lower-cost Holiday Inn in Chelsea near the airport, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The water pressure in the shower was low, but that’s par for the course these days.

Group of three - slept well, watched lots of WC games, perfect water pressure & Dove products, right next to CVS, little far from DT Boston (9 min drive) & MUCH longer by public transport, nice rooms & view, clean, and helpful staff.

Great check in! Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant near by.
