The staff was very helpful and hotel was clean.

Luckily it was just a quick overnight trip. Rooms were dated and did not look the cleanest. The shower required shower shoes.

Please waffles/ waffle machine to breakfast choices. Also, please stop charging for parking especially to paying customers.

The entire beautiful place was outstanding. The staff was above pleasant & the breakfast was made with love. Definitely would go back again. The parking was nice but you shouldn’t have to pay for it.. should be part of your stay

The hotel was quite adequate and convenient to Logan . I ‘d caution re transit into Boston due to possible canceled trains, buses which means potential 30 min wait time for the next ride . Breakfast was ok . Recommend The Fairfield consider plant based options including alternative milk for coffee and cereal. Consider a simple co trainer of rolled (uncooked) oats . Thanks.

The decor & security up to the floors. Very clean large relaxing area as well as food area. Melanie was in the dining room this am and she was friendly and very helpful.? Nothing really!

Great place!

The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a wide variety of choices (and they had oatmilk as an option! Thank you!). You need to use your room key in the elevator to get to the guest floors, which provided an extra layer of security. My only quibbles would be the heater/air conditioner is a bit loud, and the showerhead seems to be old and should probably be replaced. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the cost was a good deal. I stayed for five nights, and would do it again.
