Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boston Logan Airport/Chelsea

Happy with my experience at this hotel. The room was clean; the breakfast options were good for the price, and the location was ideal for hopping on the SL3 bus to downtown Boston. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

The pool was tiny and kept very cold. There were no towels in the pool room and when we told the front desk we were given a few but they didn’t restock the pool room. The breakfast was good and had decent options but the coffee ran out quickly and was only available first thing in the morning.

Everything was great. The only think I’d change is improve the lighting inside the room. My room was very dark even with the lights on. That’s my only suggestion other side great stay!

We stayed on property for 4 nights, not once did housekeeping clean our room or even empty our garbage. This hotel advertised an indoor pool which was one of the reasons we chose it, the pool was empty when we got there and there was no communication beforehand to let us know that we would not have access to the pool. I contacted the hotel using the Expedia app 3 days prior to our stay with a question and the never answered me. Terrible customer service.

The pool was out of order. Gym was basic. Laundry room had machines out of order. Some were even being held together with duct tape. Seems like a general refresh might be beneficial for this place. Breakfast was decent. Not bad not great. The hotel room was decently clean but the couch was pretty gross looking. Definitely didn’t sit on it during our stay. Bed was firm so if you like a firmer mattress you’ll be comfy. I do appreciate they accommodated a pack & play which was helpful.

There was no extra blankets I checked in for 4 people didn’t get extra bars of soap no toothpaste for guest this was a one night stay I had an extra 8 hour drive and didn’t have time to pack my toiletries

This was my first time staying at a Fairfield Inn. It was a very lovely hotel. It was clean, the staff was pleasant and parking was easy to utilize.

Maybe provide a toothpaste or other bathroom supplies. The mini fridge was pretty loud at night. Other than that it was not a bad stay.

Luckily it was just a quick overnight trip. Rooms were dated and did not look the cleanest. The shower required shower shoes.

Please waffles/ waffle machine to breakfast choices. Also, please stop charging for parking especially to paying customers.
