Very nice and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and very close to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was nice, make sure your windows are closed when going to sleep. The road noise was awful.

I booked a room for a long layover to get some sleep. Arrived at the property at 23:30 and was first told that they can't find my reservation. Then was told to wait so the guy can help all the people who are in line behind me. Once he finally finished helping everyone else, he told me that they have no rooms available. He arranged with another hotel that I could go sleep there, and told me it's 5 minutes walking distance. When I wanted to start walking I noticed it's 40 minutes away. I then had to pay for an Uber as apparently there shuttle doesn't run after midnight.

The common areas are truly what needs help. Elevator floors, filthy, walls filthy. Very stale hotel.

Room amenities support an extended stay with full refrigerator, dinner ware, cook top and extra sink Location a little noisy. Offered transportation to some local restaurants. Clean and well appointed. Left early so couldn’t participate in breakfast offering.

Had to leave early so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast. Provided transportation to some local restaurants. The room amenities would allow for extended stay.

Proximity to airport and shuttle service were great. I would say hotel is very good for very short stays like one night before flying I would not book for extended stays.

A great option for a traveler who needs to be near the airport. The shuttle system was great.

Great Customer Service

Staff seemed irritated at check in and airport shuttle driver had no sense of urgency when we were told it ran every 20 mins in the mornings. Since we wanted breakfast first, we had to wait 30 mins and then the bridge went up so the wait time was extended. Room was nice. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Shower had shampoo/conditioner/body wash that smelled great

Great find. Convienent location. Clean. Nice bonus breakfast. Close to the docks/airport (fun location with parks, water, shops). Complimentary shuttle. Would return.

The food and shuttle personnel were fabulous. They made every effort to make sure that we were happy and went above and beyond. The front desk staff were cold and seemed annoyed that they had to talk to us or answer any questions that we had. Almost felt like we were being ignored.

The staff, especially the front desk, were friendly. The room was clean. It was also nice to have free shuttle between the hotel and the airport. Only stayed one night for early flight and will stay again if it is needed.

Close to the airport and all the great restaurants in East Boston . Not too far from the casino and can take the silver line across the street to take you to the train station

Beautiful views, nice pool, comfy bed, good shower, yummy restaurant and breakfast included!
