Located close to Airport & Train station

The room's A.C. thermostat wasn't working.The on/off switch of the electric stove was broken.There wasn't enough soap and sponges to wash the dishes.

Proximity to the airport and the extra- pool, gym and breakfast included . Also loved the layout of the room, the noise canceling sound box. Nice touch overall! I wish the pool was bigger

Clean and newer There was no restaurant but could order food for delivery from nearby, not walking distant food options

My daughter and I spent two weeks at this lovely hotel. The staff were helpful, the room spacious and very clean, the breakfast was good and there was quite a variety of hot and cold food, there was something there for everyone, there is also a gym and swimming pool on site. The hotel is situated directly opposite a bus station for convenience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Boston.

Nothing Was not aloud to check in even thought it was paid for and 10 o'clock at night because I am 20 years old.

Was there for the World Cup so didn’t spend much time at the hotel. Room was clean and comfy. Shower worked well. Breakfast was pretty average.

Great shuttle service from the airport and for $50 we were able to check in early since our flight got us to the hotel at 6 am. We checked in ate breakfast and went to bed lol

This was a great option to stay close to the airport, and it was easy to get to downtown. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I loved that there was a shuttle to the airport and to catch the train to go downtown. Plus, Ciao! Pizza and Pasta nearby was one of the best restaurants.

I did not receive the accommodations that I had booked on arrival. I booked a 1 bedroom suite. We were told that there were none available. We had to take a studio which was 1/2 the size of the 1 bedroom suite. The garbage disposal did not work. The toilet paper holder was loose and came off the wall when I went to grab toilet paper. There are no restaurants closeby within walking distance. The shuttle driver had a splint/support cast on one of his hands/arms. When he picked us up from the airport to take us to the hotel, he dropped my suitcase and the corner hit the cement. One of the wheels broke. I had to deal with my broken suitcase on the trip back home. The suitcase is not repairable.

Also, the driver for the transport was amazing as well. Very friendly, took me early, and just an absolute nice person. The staff at the hotel are the best!

Coffee, juice, tea,ice water. No complaints. Loud. Heard traffic most of the night. Motorcycles and big trucks. Not sure every room was like that.
