Courtyard by Marriott Boston Logan Airport

One night stay before a flight. Can’t complain as it was convenient before an early flight with a shuttle service, but hotel Iš definitely needs a bit of a scrub. Also, the service in the restaurant was lacking for sure ( food was good, though).

The shuttle from the airport was a disaster. Their website said to call the hotel for the shuttle but they did not answer the phone. On a third attempt I got an answer with an abrupt “Please hold” and I was placed in infinity hold. No pickup. I found a location in Logan Airport where it said hotel shuttles would pickup. After waiting an hour with no shuttle (but numerous shuttles from other hotels) a shuttle came by and was not going to stop but we aggressively flagged it down. It was full and would not take us. I still don’t know where it picked people up. We gave up on the shuttle and took an Uber to the hotel. Once we got there, we faced an extremely long line to check in We decided to go to the restaurant/bar for dinner and check in later. After being ignored where we were supposed to wait for a table another customer seated us. She seated others as well and bought us all drinks. A bright moment. Eventually a waitress came to take our order. The hotel was grossly understaffed The food and the room were fine though and the overworked staff were very pleasant.

Overall, good experience. Frequent this particular hotel is location to the airport and downtown Boston love the shuttle to the airport. Also, the staff goes above me on to make your stay.

The airport shuttle was so convenient and super friendly staff!

We were only there for one night to be close to the airport, but was very disappointed when the airport driver left without usin the morning. We were there at 5:29am and he gave us a wave and started the van and drove off. Bar staff were nice. But the hotel was old and dingy. Carpet was nasty and it’s doing some renovations and I wasn’t notified from Expedia.

Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, nice and accommodating.

1) They really do have 24-hr shuttle service to/from Logan; 2) an easy place to drop your car (and get back on the highway later); 3) clean, well-kept and worth it for a 4:30 AM check-in

Best stay for getting to the airport

This hotel was warm and friendly, the bar food was amazing and the drinks were strong! The airport shuttle was so convenient, and the driver was very nice. Breakfast was tasty and the property was beautiful and near the water. I might have to stay again.

Close to airport worked well for us. A very expensive hotel and we only stayed there a few hours.

We LOVED the pool, it was perfect for my toddler! Note: no microwave in the room, but there is one by the front desk, for heating up bottles, etc.

They had an airport shuttle and a nice restaurant. The staff was helpful.

Convenience to Logan Airport Restaurant service

There was only one elevator working so wait times were long for that. The room was alright but definitely in need up updating, although the beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new. We appreciated the friendly front desk associates and the shuttle driver was a safe and efficient operator, we were at the airport without delay. For the proximity to the airport and shuttle service, we would stay here again.

Great last minute stay so we were close to Logan. The free shuttle takes you from the front door to your terminal in under 10minutes.
