Courtyard by Marriott Boston Logan Airport

I had to book last minute due to flight cancellation & they were very easy to work with.

I was told the airport shuttle would pick me up at the airport T station if I called the number on the card the handed me. I called multiple times and let the phone ring for 5+ minutes - no answer - so may family and I walked the 1.75 mikes to the hotel. when we arrived the line to check in was 10 deep. I had already checked in, did not mention the incident to the staff as - the person handling the desk was working alone.

The room was extremely humid, even with the AC on. The bedding felt wet and we woke up feeling damp. The wooden closet appeared to have been freshly painted with varnish and we had no warning about this. My upper arm rubbed against it and my new sweater got ruined. The worst part was coming in at 2am and finding that our toilet was used and unflushed. We reported this and nothing was done except for receiving an apology from front desk staff. We will not consider this hotel for any future stay.

Quick check in, clean facility & room, helpful staff. Shuttle to airport runs 24 hours which is an added value to the stay.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We didn’t utilize the restaurant at all but they seemed like they had great choices. I felt safe in the hotel and in the surrounding area.

Just a perfect pit stop after a long travel day.

I liked location; quiet and shuttle bus taking you to airport and from there silverline to downtown. What I didnt like was the breakfast; kind of expensive and no tasty

Fantastic place to stay for our short layover in Boston! The shuttle service was quick and responsive, front desk staff was easy, quick and efficient in answering our questions and getting us checked in up to our room. Really simple and seamless process, thank you!

One night stay before a flight. Can’t complain as it was convenient before an early flight with a shuttle service, but hotel Iš definitely needs a bit of a scrub. Also, the service in the restaurant was lacking for sure ( food was good, though).
