Courtyard by Marriott Boston Logan Airport

The hotel was as expected.

The large rug at the entrance looked worn. The room was clean but it was outdated. The wood paneling in the room was tired and at places, worn. For this price you would expect a lot more.

The hotel is dated and the AC wall unit needs to be retired. It was not worth the cost, but I needed a hotel near the airport, and it was 1 am. Like I said, the staff there were super nice and the shuttle driver was great too.

Check-in was easy and quick. Helpful. Staff. Beds were comfy rooms were clean one little thing that elevated the experience is I forgot my headphones when I went to the gym and I had some there! Nice little touch would recommend.

The staff was very helpful. It was getting very stormy and it was nice to have a restaurant on site that was very good.

Airport shuttle was excellent

Shuttle service. Exploitative, old tired and extremely poor quality room.

Exceptional

What I would expect from and airport hotel. The shuttle does pick up and drop off at the rental car location which some others do not.

Our accommodations for a one night stay at the Marriott Hotel next the Logan Airport in Boston cost us over $300.00 which did not include our dinner and breakfast. By contrast our accommodation's at a Novotel Hotel at the Paris, France airport cost less than $200 /night including breakfast. The outrageous price of accomodations for a one night stay plus breakfast, considerably more than what we paid for accomodations and meals at other hotels in Massachusetts during our 16 day stay than we paid for our hotel plus breakfast at a hotel at the Paris Airport.

Was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room to reheat leftovers from the restaurant. Also no tea bags for those of us that prefer tea over coffee.

Over all good service

Room was dirty, fan was loud. Hotel outdated overall.

Close to airport. Plenty of parking. Good price. Airport shuttle. When I returned the airport shuttle took 25 minutes to show up at the terminal for pick up.

Ideally situated for an early morning shuttle to the airport, as our original flight had been cancelled due to the storm. Unfortunately, it came at an absolutely extortionate overnight rate, which seemed to have been increased to take advantage of stranded travellers, such as ourselves. We decided to dine in the on-site restaurant, due to the weather conditions, and stood (alone) for almost 15 minutes, waiting to be shown to a table, even though it wasn’t too busy. Aubé that was a staffing issue. When we eventually ordered, the food we received was delicious, so no complaints there. Not our best experience, but certainly not our worst.

The staff was first rate at check-in AND checkout. Yes it’s an airport hotel but everything worked out perfectly, especially as we arrived in the evening during a Nor’easter!!! Shuttle from/to the airport was great! I forgot my wallet in the room and noticed it halfway to the airport!!! The staff and shuttle drivers went above and beyond to get it to me before our flight. Saved our much needed vacation and more. Thanks All for your honesty and helpful attitudes. From the housekeeper to the front desk to the shuttle drivers…many thanks again. As a Bonvoy member I will not forget.

Clean spacious room with gorgeous view of the city, super convenient for airport access

Room was clean and reasonably spacious for one or two people. Decent for business travellers. 24/7 airport shuttle service is great for airport access. No free breakfast or easy to access nearby food without car or delivery.

Staff was the best

We were supposed to stay on Friday evening however the airline forced us to move our flight to Friday rather than Saturday due to the nor’eastern storm. Called the hotel about canceling knowing that they could use our room for someone else that ended up stuck in Boston. But the hotel refused to work with us on any type of refund. Due to the circumstances, they should have been willing to work with us - again - knowing that they could have used the room for someone else that needed up stuck in Boston due to the storms. This particular situation should have had some exceptions.
