Hampton Inn Boston - Logan Airport

30 dollars for parking for an already (at the time) overpriced stay, then tried charging us for double parking because we parked a trailer beside someone that had double parked. Rooms were subpar for the price as well, no microwave in the room, outdated TV's, I guess they get away with it due to the airport shuttles but there are extremely better locations in the surrounding area that I'll be staying at from now on

Charge for parking when you are paying 5 plus thousand for 11 days

The room were really clean. The breakfast was very good. All staff were friendly and helpful. The van driver was amazing with all the traffic I felt very safe on the ride to and from the airport. Definitely would stay here again.

Not much Elevators broken ice machines broken..issues with no hot water Rudeness of staff

One elevator was down during the stay. When you have guest and empolyee using one elevator, it tends to be a problem. your entry and exit sytem for the parking lot needs work.

The fan in the bathroom never shuts off and ran all night . Per the hotel staff the fan is computer controlled and has no physical shut off switch .

Lobby and common areas were a mess, never seen this before with the usually reliable Hampton Inn. One Elevator being serviced, left only one elevator for the whole 6-story hotel with predictable results. Lady setting up coffee very early in the AM and morning shuttle driver were excellent.

Shuttle was quick; Staff offered quality breakfast, attentive service, clean fresh room; bathroom was CLEAN with a tub designed to accommodate a long soaking bath!!!! The room was quiet and the temperature was perfect for deep sleep. Tourists who complain because one elevator is being serviced while the other works to accommodate tourists who brought along 1,000 lbs of luggage to help them see bright leaves on fall trees could use a course in kindness. The staff endured the worst of American tourism with grace and kindness. May the staff be appreciated and the complainers gain insight and wisdom.
