Hampton Inn Boston - Logan Airport

Front desk never picked up the phone for the free shuttle service. Breakfast was okay.

This is a very busy airport hotel. The staff were knowledgeable about the airport and shuttle. Good for one night before/after flight. The hotel itself was well warn and a bit In disrepair.

Airport shuttle was timely, excellent and the drivers were polite and very helpful lifting my bags and assisting me in and out of the van.

The only downside to this hotel was the amount of light coming in from around the door to the hallway. Bring an eyemask if you are also sensitive to light at night.

My stay at this Hampton Inn was excellent. The front desk staff were so friendly and really made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Also the shuttle that goes to and from the airport every 20 minutes is so convenient

Friendly staff. The shuttle took a while to arrive to the airport. However, it dropped us off at the T station which was nice. Stayed here multiple times.

The location is great if you're doing a 1 night stay and headed to the airport as I was or I'd look at something else. Again staff was great, room great. However the noise, yes it's a hotel and near an airport, but I didn't hear planes I heard everything in the hallway and everytime someone flushed next door. I don't know the solution, but that's not my job Finally shoutout to the airport shuttle. Quick, every like 15 minutes and runs like 23 hours. Friendly driver too.

after we booked the hotel ..from the airport it says complimentary shuttle we called but the lady hang up on us. .they didnt give us a ride from airport to hotel..she didnt wanna answer. .Morning breakfast was average ..overall not satisfied.

Quiet and easy shuttle for morning flight

Room was clean and Lobby, bar, restaurant area. Hallway carpet worn and dirty but good value for price and location. Shuttle to train station and airport were great.

Very clean, spacious room. Professional staff. Convenient shuttle to the airport. Definitely would recommend.

My room was not clean, had to have staff come change my sheets upon arrival. The dinning areas were not cleaned once during the stay. Every time I sat down I had to clean the table myself. Breakfast didn’t have many options for alternative diets. Overall, very disappointing.
