Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport

Good stay again, the hotel was very busy but still all ok, breakfast is good. A staff member was a little rude to my husband hence only ‘good’ for staff for this stay. I requested a room change and the staff accommodated this very well. Thank you.

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable but the room temperature was either too cold or too hot. In addition, I am insulin dependent diabetic and the frog in room was warm. I explained situation to staff and was told the refrigerators in room are “warm” i had to use ice bucket and refill it frequently. Parking was a nightmare. Although there are shuttles the wait in between was long.

A great affordable hotel within distance of the city and airport! The staff were outstanding from check in to check out, along with the breakfast buffet which was beyond any expectations. One of my preferences for stay was the option to have a pool, and it was nice to see a well lit, great aesthetic pool rather than a square in a fluorescent basement. It was great to wind down in the evenings, and the dry towels were always in stock. Even the restaurant staff at Margaritas/Cancun pizza were fabulous. No complaints whatsoever!

Stayed one night before travelling home, check in was quick, room was clean bathroom was spotless, only dealt with staff at check in and they were friendly, free breakfast which was good and a shuttle service whch was great for us.

Convenient property for early airport departure. Staff were very friendly and the property was clean but in rough shape.

I loved being able to upgrade to an automatic & the car was quite beautiful and fuel efficient.

I loved the shuttle to the metro. That helped so much.

Last minute stay due to flight change. Staff were great. Room was clean. Nice breakfast with several options. Shuttle and drivers were great!

The bathroom was scrupulously clean. Staff was kind and efficient. The bed was awful. Peaked in the middle and sloped on the sides. My wife fell out of bed twice. Air conditioner was noisy all night, but every half hour it would switch to freight train mode and literally shake the window. We didn't ask to switch rooms because we were there to sleep literally 4 1/2 hours, but we did notify staff and were told they would put in a maintenance report. We didn't expect a refund, but maybe a discount or a manager message would have been nice. The shuttle driver was amazing.

All went well. The only complaint was the air conditioner which went on and off all night long. Loud and disruptive to a good night’s sleep.

Great location, close to Logan International with a free shuttle that ran on time.
