Shuttle service to the airport and the friendly staff. The bed sheets definitely smelled of smoke. Very unpleasant. Old air con unit was extremely noisy. Breakfast average at best.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Property is great. Room was over the top- lots of space.

The breakfast and the restaurant staff were the best part of the stay. They were helpful in two languages and very friendly. The front desk staff didn’t know if or where we could access the silver line bus to the train station, and were generally not good listeners. However, the hotel shuttle driver knew exactly where to drop us off and was also really friendly.

The hotel has terrible lighting. The only lights were by the bed and crummy for reading. They had one lampstand in the corner and not chair to sit and read by. Other then that the Hotel was OK

Hotel was very clean and comfortable! We chose this hotel for our 19-year-old daughter who had a layover at Logan Airport. It was safe and she enjoyed the free airport shuttle service. Many hotels do not allow under 21 to check in so we were very pleased that at 19 she could check in and out herself.

Staff were very helpful, shuttle was great, especially since we came after midnight. Wifi was very hard to get up and running. The "use a password" was too hard to see, and the "set up an account" was too big - it looked like the only way.
