Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport

The air conditioning needed repaired upon arrival. Swimming pool was filthy.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

All the staff are courteous, professional, helpful, and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay I just feel like they should put in new carpets in the room. The pool looks dirty but is not, one of the supervisors tested it in front of me, but my guest & I got scraped a lot by the pool inside. I noticed there was a lot of guest this 4th of July weekend. I enjoyed the restaurant inside the Hotel. The air conditioning is was perfect. The breakfast included was cool there was no bacon included.

We had a very comfortable bed, the airport shuttle was a huge convenience and always available, and we appreciated the value of having a Margarita’s restaurant next door. We also ate at the included breakfast buffet which was top notch and always maintained by 2-3 staff. There were the usual continental offerings of cereal, juice, yogurt, bagels, muffins, but then there were sausage links, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, omelets, waffles prepared with a variety of sweet toppings, everything was super fresh and hot. We would choose this hotel again if needed before or after a flight from Boston Logan airport.

The staff here were very helpful free pick up from and to the airport was available - also they took you and picked you up from the airport station which was then an easy ride into Boston . The pool was clean , the breakfast was good and the location was also a short walk to the beach . Free coffee , cookies and lemonade in reception made it even better . Think breakfast could finish at 10:00am as 9:30 seemed a little early . Good Mexican restaurant on site ( reasonably priced ) beware the portions are huge .

The staff are friendly and efficient!! Room was clean and bed comfortable! Lobby area very clean and inviting with fun soccer decor for the World Cup!

Great for short stays and layovers. Stayed one night after traveling internationally and was able to catch up on sleep, take a dip in the pool and breakfast in the morning. Super quiet and within 20 min drive of Logan and south station. Free airport shuttle was clutch after traveling all day. Friendly staff!

We registered our experience with front desk. I believe we did not get product what we paid for.

Staff was rude at front desk and not helpful. Big parking lot but still charge 20$ a night to park.

The room was clean, however it could use some fixing. There was wallpaper coming off in the bathroom, some lights out and most of the furniture had a lot of wear and tear. I will say it was very nice and quiet in our room and we only hear other people a couple times during our stay. Breakfast was good and plentiful and all staff were pleasant

The hotel was fine. We only stayed 6 hours to sleep before a flight, but when we arrived at almost midnight, the room was 78 degrees and the thermostat didn't work. We were exhausted and had to wait for maintenance to reset it, which he said happens often, and then it took 15 minutes after that for the unit to begin cooling. It never got to a comfortable temperature. Everything else was fine, but that was a big flaw in having a comfortable stay.
