Staybridge Suites Boston Logan Airport - Revere by IHG

Rooms very clean

Bed bugs. Both lower legs bites. Showed the front desk a paper towel loaded with them. On duty manager said it was only dirt.

The hotel was clean and the room was large. The kitchen area was nice to have when we ordered food to eat in the room. The breakfast was average. The breakfast area seating was too crowded. We would stay again if in area

The housekeeping was inconsistent, and we had to specifically request towels and toilet paper during our 3 day stay. For $1300 for 3 nights, I had higher expectations!

Very nice hotel

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for my family of 5!

Hotel is modern and attractive inside. Room was spacious and well decorated. TV and WiFi worked well. Entrance is in the back and unattractive. Restaurant has very limited menu and below average quality. The airport shuttled has been CANCELLED, forcing a $20 Uber ride. No water in room. $4 to buy.

The location was great - close to the public transit and a quick uber to the airport! No - even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable

My stay at the Staybridge Suites Boston Logan was absolutely great - there are a few things you have to know before booking. 1st Some of the staff are very friendly, others are a pain in the ass. 2nd Yest most of the staff are fluent in Spanish, so don't be shy to talk to them if you know the language - 3rd if you want housekeeping to clean your room, request it in the morning before 11 am, after 11 am they will not come to your room even if you set a request at the front desk (Housekeeping will clean your room only when you request them and sometimes they wont even show up) you might have to request it couple times - everything else was super great - clean environment and asthetic design - they always have coffee at lobby and water for you to serve

The location was excellent. We agreed to take the room next to elevators because we arrived off our ship so early and it was the only room that was ready. it was very loud for our 3 day stay.

We stayed one night so we could go on a cruise. They had a shuttle to the ship. I wouldn't have been able to get there on my own.

This was the perfect option for us for a late check in. Only staying a few hours in Boston, and this was a great choice. We checked in after midnight and we're greeted with two staff members. Checking was quick and convenient.

My transportation to airport was arranged and food I ordered was delivered to my room. I will definitely return to one of their hotels in the future.

staff was rude and not accommodating. The hotel said there was a hotel shuttle, there wasn't. The hotel is listed as a Boston Logan Airport hotel, but the hotel is not in the city of Boston but rather Revere, which was an issue with getting a taxi/uber to take me. I was promised a late check-out by being an IHG member, the front desk did not honor it.

The room is very clean, the breakfast was very good

Nice folks. In a great location for travellers. The room was huge. Nice to have the kitchen and full sized fridge for longer stays.
