Great staff!!! Easy access to blue line train. Grocery store close!

The location was great. I could easily commute to where I had to go because the blue line was quite nearby. Oscar, one of the front desk guys was just awesome. He helped rebooked me when I had to arrive very early and was so helpful with everything. Thank you Oscar, really appreciate you. Breakfast had a good variety and there was free laundry rooms. Small kitchenette in the rooms so i could cook for my son when we didnt want to buy outside food and i loved that there was a microwave too. I did enjoy my stay and would definitely stay again if I'm to come to Boston They charged my card without any communication but it was later sorted at the front desk when I went to ask. Aside that, everything was good

The room was excellent and very comfortable. There was a fire alarm that went off twice where we had to evacuate. However that was not the hotels fault

Rooms are spacious and modern. The large window and view were nice. Breakfast is above average for this type of hote. The hotel is a short walk to Revere beach. The TV location is at a 90 degree angle for watching from either the sofa or bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. When they did deliver some, the blanket was wet. Great breasfast and bar service with bar food menu in the evening Love this place and will definitely stay again if in the Boston area.

Donna was our bartender last night and she’s great! So cheerful, friendly and professional; she worked very efficiently and was helpful with any questions. Our room was very clean, it just smelled of cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. I was surprised since it’s a no smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests break the rules.

Breakfast experience was poor. Overcrowded. Very limited choice of food.

Unfortunately, the bar was closed on our 2nd night. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is terrible - typical highly processed, carbohydrate rich American breakfast.

The suite was larger than expected, the mattress was very comfortable. The pillows need to be replaced. The bar menu was small but the food was good, the salad fresh and the prices reasonable.

When booked it was supposed to have a shuttle from the airport. They said it was stopped in April. Also the lounge bar area was closed indefinitely.

Great location for being further from Boston , for an airport stay it was the best in a long time , around the corner from a grocery store , great rooms ,

This hotel advertised itself as having a smart tv but our room didn’t have one. I have a one year old child and sometimes she needs a distraction so we can have a moment of calm. I had to purchase an Amazon fire stick which I wasn’t planning on buying and have no need for at home. There was also no transparency regarding the cost of parking so I was surprised upon arrival when I was told it would be approximately $200 for a weeks stay. I’m not a fan of hidden costs. Overall my biggest frustration is the lack of honesty and transparency regarding immenities and cost.
