Just okay, a budget hotel to sleepover and if you need or must be close to the airport this is the place

It's located close to a nice neighbourhood, with several restaurants.

Loved that this hotel was close to the airport and provided a complementary shuttle. The restaurant in the lobby was convenient and food was made to order.

I loved the hotel and its location. The one recommendation I would make, especially if Hilton wants to serve international guests, is to upgrade the breakfast menu with more healthy options. This is very common and expected in Europe.

Great service, clean room, and great recommendation for dinner within walking distance. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in. Shuttle on time and efficient.

Joanna at the checkout desk apologized profusely the next morning and provided breakfast vouchers for us A replacement taxi was ordered when some else claimed the first cab that was ordered, and to say that the ride to the cruise ship terminal was hair raising would be an understatement. You might want to consider using a different cab company.

Very nice, stayed with a baby and they had a pack n play available. Walking distance to transit and a cool neighborhood is a plus! Convenient shuttle to the airport.

Wonderful breakfast. Front desk was so helpful and friendly....was even able to check in really early. Didn't expect to at all, just asked before we asked them to hold our luggage. The airport shuttle was so convenient and the driver taught us how to use the subway system and navigate to downtown! Which was also super easy and pretty convenient to the hotel. Just be aware you aren't staying downtown when you stay here. But still has restaurants/bars/stores within walking distance. Downtown is 5 stops away by subway.

Room is clean. The staff is helpful. They provide shuttle bus to the airport and rental car place, that’s very helpful for us.

Excellent place to stay, not far from the Blue Line into downtown Boston

Very nice clean room with excellent bed. Slept very well. Wonderful, friendly staff. Nice open dining area and bar. Good shuttle service to and from the airport. Would only note that the menu at the restaurant is on the hearty side. No light options like an English muffin or bagel for those of us who don’t eat big breakfasts. But, that said, I would stay here again.
