Close to airport and clean professional atmosphere

-- Courtesy van driver did not come inside and announce his presence. At least 10 people missed a ride when he took off and wait another half hour. It was rainy out and no one was waiting outside to see the van. Furthermore, there is a sizable waiting area on the back side of the fireplace and chimney which does not have a direct view to the loading area. It should be mandatory for the courtesy van driver to enter the lobby and call out for passengers, including behind the fireplace.

timely airport shuttle service. clean and quiet rooms. Everything was as expected.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and the evening staff kindly accommodated my request for a late checkout. Unfortunately, the next morning was a completely different experience. Because of unexpected travel delays, I politely asked if it might be possible to stay just a little longer. Rather than simply saying no, the staff member scoffed, berated me for even asking, and raised their voice. It was so unprofessional that I chose to walk away. One excellent employee doesn’t make up for another treating guests with disrespect.
