Difficulty catching uber after shuttle hours Great morning shuttle service

Staff especially front desk were super nice and shuttle was convenient but those are the only redemptions. Hotel or shall I say motel was so ick I didn’t even want to shower in it after coming from airport because of how gross the bathroom felt and despite having two beds, I shared one bed with my travel companion because the other bed was in worse condition.

We had a horrible night with loud party till 3 -4 am and the front desk did nothing about it. Old building so no elevator and road noise is only 20 feet from the walls- AC was old but drowned out the noise when it was on. We found a pistol in the drawer- that happened to be a cigarette lighter once the front desk removed it- but wholly cow- frightening that was ! No discount applied after all that- I sent two emails to the facility as well- no reply.

In general a ok place for stay.

The hotel itself is conveniently located on a bus line that goes direct to Salem, but be warned: the shuttle only runs until 10 PM, & it's a really BAD idea to cross the road the hotel is on on foot, which you would need to do on the return trip. Parking lot is kind of small, so I am glad I did not attempt to drive there. - ESPECIALLY during the world cup.

The rate that was booked through Hotels.com was not the same rate I was charged. The rate I paid for the room was a minimum of $100 higher.

Last minute overnight flight delay. Booked online showed up later at night. The staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. And they shuttled us back to the airport for free. Shuttle driver was polite, helpful and got us to the airport safely and in a timely manner.

This hotel is on a main street and has no sound proofing whatsoever. Couldn’t sleep at all, it was so loud. WAY overpriced and just not restful at all.

Good place to stay when you have a long layover. Close to the airport and the free shuttle provided was good however, the last shuttle leaves at 11am so be prepared with travel plans.

I was not able to use the airport shuttle because I arrived too late (they stop running before midnight). I asked for a noon check-out and was running late from an important appointment with my attorney, as he was running late. I called the hotel to arrange to stay another night, and so I was told I’d be charged a late fee. I was charged $50. I arrived at 2pm and they told me that the same room was still available. The front desk attendant seemed unsure of what room I could book for the second night. I left for lunch because she couldn’t book me and came back to a different front desk attendant who told me that the staff had packed my things without my permission and that my room was not available. I was very angry and couldn’t find my iPhone charger. I asked the front desk attendant to ask the cleaning staff if they found it, and she replied that “No” she would not ask them and that they did not have cleaning staff. The hotel is a dive on a truck route and the traffic woke me up at 6am.

Extra tax’s and fees. Shuttle was a disaster.

Run down area … but have a safe feeling there… the shuttle is ok…fairly reliable… but slow on pickup from airport..LOGAN is the pits… I get my son there… I absolutely love the Boston / Metro area… but cannot stand Logan.. will stay. At RODEWAY again 5/10…

The bed was so freaking comfortable!

The hotel did not disclose that there was a 24-hour jackhammer and construction outside the hotel, and that guests would be unable to sleep. I want a full refund.

Say something positive: the staff was nice, both at reception and the shuttle drivers for the airport service. Otherwise the pictures are deceptive! The place is not very clean, there were stains on the linens, dust everywhere and the floor was sticky. The building is wedged between a residential neighborhood and the extremely busy and noisy road. Eye masks, earplugs and tolerance for subpar conditions are in order if booking here. I will spend more money next time and get a cleaner room that also reflects truth in advertising.

I called a month prior to reserve extended parking was told by a women i didnt need to they dont fill up and ill be fine, got there and was told i cannot as they are full. Plans had to be changed last minute for parking my car which then included ubers i didnt plan on. The hotel itself was okay, bed wasnt very comfy and very small shower. Probably wouldnt stay again. Staff did help switch us to a new room when our original room the tv didnt work but other than that was unhelpful with other issues.

Very clean and convenient to store if needed Cleanliness and parking but everything perfect for a stay
