Breakfast is great.

Amazing .

I 😘 ved the breakfast, all day coffee/tea/hot chocolate available in the lobby. The hotel is located right across the street from the Boston FBI division, so safe quiet neighborhood. It has a market basket across the street for good buys on groceries & sundry.

Best shower, nice and clean and delicious breakfast fabulous staff that was accommodating and it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at There wasn’t a thing that I didn’t like about the property. Everything was perfect and I look forward to staying there again sometime soon.

Great location with train ,& bus within easy walking distance, also large supermarket 5 minutes away, laundrette 2 mins away with Japanese takeaway near by.

Convenient after a day of traveling. Not much that we didn’t like.

We stayed 6 nights. The hotel itself was quite good. It was very clean, rooms were large and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was fine too. The negative though, was the train that seems to pass every 10 minutes or so and toots its horn every time it crosses a road ( and there are many roads it crosses near the hotel). This goes on from about 5:30 AM till about midnight making it difficult to sleep. Especially for a light sleeper. Bring earplugs and you should be fine .

We often stay at Residence Inns when we travel, very consistent. The Chelsea Residence Inn is similar. Excellent access to the Silver Line (one block away) which avoids traffic, or the MBTA station.

It was close to the family we were visiting. I like we had a full size working kitchen. Plenty of space. Bathroom door hinge was broken which made it uneven.

Perfect.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Buffet Breakfast good. Room was great but bathroom just needed a bit more cleaning.

I. Loved the breakfasts! Tasty and varied, different everyday. I just would say the staff could have been a little friendlier on the evening of the 14th. And hotter coffee in the lobby. My stay was very nice there.

Updated features The microwave range was broken, the only outlet in the bathroom was also broken. The tv in the master bedroom had no signal. Pullout couch was kinda run down.

Hotel/Room was very clean, good/fresh breakfast, comfy bed
