Great hotel for a family, friendly staff. Guy at front desk was great, gave us a late checkout.

Did not expect a kitchen in the hotel room but loved that it was there. Felt more like an Airbnb than a typical hotel.

The room is so big, a lot of space. Breakfast is good. Also very good location

The cleaning staff removed three bags of newly purchased items from the room and we were never able to get them back. It should’ve been obvious to any reasonable person that those bags were not full of garbage. We notified the front desk staff twice. The front desk clerk took a picture of the receipt of the items we had to re-purchase and said he would talk to the manager. The manager never contacted me. I never had anything like this happen before. I’m very disappointed with the response of the staff. I plan on bringing this up with their corporate complaint department.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast included is a bonus and had something for everyone. Staff was very friendly.

The place was amazing, but there was no safe in the room so there’s nowhere to put your belongings and have them secure other than that. They did an amazing job on the place and the staff was great. Should reconsider putting at least a safe in each room or having the option.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was awesome.

The only thing that was inconvenient was there was only one slow elevator. The other one was broken.

For the past couple of years, hotels have not explicitly stated on their website how often housekeeping is done. When I checked in, I was told that housekeeping was done every other day. This did not happen during the first days of my stay. However, the Front Desk was very kind and solved the problem immediately. Therefore, I would say that despite this incident, the hotel fulfilled my expectations.
