I like how it clean room and very good breakfast excellent

They didn't put toilet paper Sometimes

Excellent hotel in a great location within 5 mins walk to the Chelsea train and bus station.

Rooms were really spacious and well played out and very clean The prices been hiked up a lot because the world cup was on .

Front staff were friendly and helpful.

Your front desk men were amazing. The room was lovely. Just a heads up the shower in room 503 is set up so the water runs down the door and onto the floor. The floor gets flooded with every shower.

The room was big and clean. I love the shampoo and conditioner. Staff was friendly.

Location & breakfast 4 night stay & room never cleaned.

Shower not practical, you have to calibrate how cold or warm you want the water from the outside. Crystal door open when showering and flood the step in area.

Comfortable stay close to airport. convenient

Clean and spacious

The only negative about the stay were the mattresses and pillows. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and very uneven where my wife felt like she was rolling off the side, and the pillows were so soft that we had to sleep on our backs most of the time so we could breath better.

Would not stay again

This was one of our best Boston vacations. The room was big with kitchen and full size refrigerator. Two TV so we all had opportunities to sleep while others watched TV. Did the location of this hotel was excellent it was near market basket for groceries TJ Maxx and other restaurants and stores. The silver line is also located nearby which made it easy to travel to Boston without going through traffic. Getting Uber rides with also easy and usually quick depending on the day. One of the managers Mario was also very helpful in any issues we had.

The hotel was a great location. Easy access to everything in Boston. It was very clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was great and lots of room in the bathroom. Staff were indifferent.
